View Point, Forth Bridges
Forth Rail Bridge: UNESCO World Heritage Site and Scottish icon that is recognised the world over as the most famous of cantilever designs.
The Kelpies & The Helix
The Kelpies: The largest equine sculptures in the world. Standing at 100ft tall and weighing more than 300 tonnes each, the magical Kelpies are a man-made wonder and a feat of engineering. The works of art, created by artist Andy Scott, have become iconic on the landscape after being modelled on real-life icons of times gone by — Clydesdale horses Duke and Baron. The Kelpies represent the lineage of the heavy horse of Scottish industry and economy, pulling the wagons, ploughs, barges and coalships that shaped the geographical layout of Falkirk. The Kelpies’ name reflects the mythological transforming beasts that possess the strength and endurance of 100 horses.

My family of four (including two kids 8 & 10) enjoyed a fantastic day exploring Scotland with Nathan as our guide. The entire trip exceeded our expectations as the commentary was engaging and ranged from the history of Scotland and how it relates to what we were seeing to discussions of Scottish culture, and the geology. Many thoughtful touches including a booster seat for the kids, great selection of snacks and beverages, and thoughtful engagement tailored to our family.

It’s a fantastic way to get introduced to the Highlands & gain an over view of Scotlands History. Castles, The Kelpies, Glencoe, Lochs a plenty and Loch Ness. Our tour guide Paul ( The Kilted Biker) was amazing from start to finish, keeping us informed of coming stops, filling in with music, stories & a real passion for Scotland - he made the long day interesting & entertaining. The Highlands were simply stunning & we would highly recommend this tour.

This was a jam packed day through the highlands that exceeded our expectations. If you have limited time this does basically everything you want with tons of options to customize. Noel was a super engaging, friendly, and proud Scotsman who made the history come alive as he takes you through the most spectacular landscapes. This was money well spent!
