What To Expect
Pickup Details We can pick up from any location in Auckland as per customer's request. We operate only from 5am- 9pm NZ time and we do not do midnight flight bookings. From International Airport Auckland - After customs / immigration formalities ,please turn left towards - Pre booked transport at the Arrivals Meet and Greet area and our driver will be waiting for you with the Name Board ( which is in front of VODAFONE Shop inside the Airport terminal) and shall escort you to our cars and also assist you with luggage. From Port of Auckland- Either from Queens or Princess Wharf - to Auckland Airport From any of our Auckland downtown hotels to Auckland Airport. We operate only from 5am- 9pm NZ time and we do not do midnight flight bookings.

5.00My driver was very good. I was super stressed because my luggage did not arrive and he had to wait a long time while I made a claim. He tried to reassure me that my luggage would arrive. He was a safe and timely driver which I appreciated after my luggage fiasco.

5.00Roger provided absolute first class service. Greeted us upon arrival just as promised. Helped us with our luggage and had much needed waters waiting for us in the very comfortable car. He was also early at our hotel for our transfer to the train station at the end of our stay in Auckland. Again, first class service all the way. Very friendly and amiable with good advice on things to do and see. Additionally, he was great with emailing so that we could arrange our travel plans. I cannot recommend him enough and will be certain to use this service when next we are in Auckland. Roger—many many thanks for the peace of mind and great service!

5.00Reserved car to pick us up at the Auckland airport and to deliver us back to the airport. The services was prompt, available exactly when we requested it, courteous and informative. On the way to our hotel we learned a number of things about Auckland that assisted us in getting more from our trip. Highly recommend.

5.00Excellent service! Our driver, Roger, was very professional and personable. He provided a number of helpful suggestions on how to spend our stay in Auckland. Our original flight had been cancelled, and were put on an earlier flight. Upon contacting Roger regarding our schedule change, he replied promptly, and graciously accommodated our new pickup time. Roger’s vehicle was very clean and comfortable We give our highest recommendation!

5.00We met Roger at the international arrival hall and he took our luggages and transfer to our hotel was nice and easy . We had a nice conversation and he was very friendly. Wonderful service and a beautiful clean car . Would certainly use their services again.
