We then continue to the towering El Peñol rock, a natural wonder rising above the lakeside landscape. Climb its 702 steps to reach breathtaking 360-degree views—some of the most spectacular in South America. Your guide will be ready to assist with photos and share the rich history and stories that bring the region to life. After conquering the rock, we explore the colorful town of Guatapé on foot. Admire its vibrant zócalos, meet locals, and immerse yourself in the charm of this lakeside gem. We’ll stop for a relaxing lunch at a restaurant of your choice (meal cost not included), then enjoy a complimentary beverage before the drive back to Medellín.

I booked this solo and had a fantastic experience. There were two other solo travelers with me in the vehicle they had a brand new suv with starlink in it! The entire tour was fantastic and the driver and tour guide was simply phenomenal. Don’t waste your money on the cheap tours. Do this with luxury.

We made it private, Esteban and Vincent are excellent hosts and accommodating, make one feel safe and among friends, fully identify your preferences and capabilities, are very accommodating, important know the weather very well and made the perfect stops so that the rain did not affect in the least our ride, the vehicle very comfortable and with Wifi included, I highly recommend this tour.

I wasn't going to visit guatape. But my guide from the other tours sent me a message on WhatsApp and told me about their new tour and so I booked it from their website directly. It is a bit expensive but theguide Santi walked up with us and brought beers and water along the way. Where. We got to the top we had a few drinks and the views were breathtaking! So happy Vincent from Chubit Travel told me about their new tour! I will be here for a few more months. I know I will be doing more tours with them as they grow!
