5.00Booking services online was incredibly convenient and fast, making the entire process seamless. Communication via WhatsApp afterward ensured that every detail was confirmed, and upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged. The signs, champagne, local food, and anniversary balloon added such a special touch to our celebration. Our driver, Giovanni, was exceptional, being not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and even went the extra mile by stopping for souvenirs on our way back to the hotel. We're truly grateful for such an amazing experience and want to extend our sincerest thanks to the team for making our anniversary celebration unforgettable.

5.00We have used Neville's services quite a few times and have never had anything less than a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On 10/24 we took the transfer from Mo Bay to Negril with a shopping stop at the Mega Mart! The driver waited patiently for us and we continued on our way. Our driver was excellent without any hair raising moments on his part!!! Having been to the island numerous times we are familiar with this route and the driver gave us just enough history to make the trip seem shorter than it actually was!!! I look forward to using Neville's company many times again in the future.

5.00These guys are so nice and they take care of you! We had a birthday and they met us with champagne and a decked out and decorated luxury van! To top it off we were starving from the flight and they had beef Pattie’s for us. We used them going and coming and they were right on time.

5.00Kenroy was amazing! He picked us up for MBJ airport in a beautiful BMW with champagne waiting for us. This was our first trip to Jamaica and we were so thankful for Island Dream Tours and Kenroy for our unforgettable welcome to Jamaica. Definitely recommend their services!

5.00Neville had done an awesome job with this transportation business. I had a very large group of family and friends that all had to picked up at different times and he wa able to accommodate all of us with ease. We were fortunate enough to have one of his best drivers Dorondo- he was patient with the group, we felt safe because he waited the entire time in all of our adventures. This is a must use service of you are planning a trip to Mo Bay. I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and I was greeted with a birthday welcome. I was very thoughtful and kind and I was appreciative of this warm gesture.

5.00Used this transport service for round trip service from Airport to Resort for 4 people. Drivers were professional and courteous. Vehicle was immaculately clean and had great air conditioning. I booked online via email and they called my cell phone the same day to confirm. We paid cash at our drop off at resort (for round trip). You will be REQUIRED to use the "WhatsApp" for communication in scheduling the trip back to the airport. This was a surprise to me since I had received an email confirmation to get from airport to resort; therefor I expected the same method of communication for the return trip. Not a big deal, just download the app and get familiar with it prior to save yourself the confusion.
