Let's start your culinary journey in a wine bar near the Saint Jean Cathedral, one of the most iconic landmarks of the Old Lyon. Here, you will begin with a classic French aperitif! You will sip a refreshing glass of local wine while indulging in a delicious cheese tasting, with various types of cheese from Rhone region but not only!

5.00Our tour was with Nico and he was a wonderful. Knowledgeable about the all aspects of Lyonnaise food, it's history and the food we personally had was excellent! Wherever we walked and dined he filled where we were and why and what we were tasting and why! Book it and GO!

5.00I arrived in Lyon by train at 4 pm, and by 5.30 pm, met this tour, led by Anna. Not only was it an excellent way to get the ‘lie of the land’, but it was also very interesting to hear about many of the cultural and historical facts of Lyon. We also enjoyed a wide range of tasting experiences, unique to this city. The group worked very well, with Anna accommodating both French and English speakers. She had a lovely energy for what is certainly a big job, and related to everyone so warmly. I feel very happy to have been a part of it. Thanks Anna.
