What To Expect
Ollantaytambo
We will be picking you up from your hotel in Cusco. Then in our private transport, we will be driving you to Ollantaytambo train station. It is a three hours drive through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Here you will board the train to Aguas Calientes.
Aguas Calientes
The train journey itself is a rewarding travel experience. You will be able to see some remote Andean farms and villages along the course of the Urubamba river. You will then board the 2 hours train back to Ollantaytambo. Once at Aguas Calientes, our crew will be transferring you to the bus terminal. Here you will be boarding the bus to Machu Picchu citadel

5.00Amazing trip! We spent several hours exploring Macchu Picchu. The views are amazing, but what really made the difference was the extensive history and commentary provided by our tour guide, John. He did a great job leading us through the key sites within the area, and it was meaningful to hear his perspective on Incan history and culture as someone who grew up in a rural town outside of Cusco. John was also a great curator of the experience, making the trip from Cusco to Macchu Picchu and Aguas Calientes very seamless for us, and he was very patient with my family as one of us has slightly limited mobility. Very memorable trip that I will be thankful for for many years to come!

5.00Primoroso attention!! Machu Picchu tours gave us all the necessary support, we did not worry about anything, hotel, transfers, tickets, etc. John and Elaine gave us precious tips from the first contact, during our stay in Cusco and until the final moment. Tips like where to buy the best coffee, where is the best ceviche, among others. Luis is a very attentive guide, gives a lot of information and likes when you ask things, because of the chance to pass more information yet. I highly recommend!

5.00I've decided to do this tour by myself after doing a little bit of the inca trail, hoping i can enjoy more a little bit of the local people, the costums and the folklore of Perú, and thats what i've found, Machupicchu tours was really such an amazing choice, the knowledge of the tour guide, the service, the food, all was incredible and, no much common on Perú, everything just on time.
