This is a section of Mount Uhud, in front of which the second battle in Islam (the Battle of Uhud) took place in 3 AH. Of this mountain, the Prophet (ﷺ) declared, “This mountain loves us and we love it.” [Muslim] Our Next Attraction will be Garden of Salman Farsi: The land on which the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) planted three hundred date palms to free Salman Farsi (may Allah be pleased with him) from slavery. It is located close to Masjid Quba.

Nobody turned up, despite in my booking and via calls to Viator confirming my arrival point. As a woman travelling on my own this is a concern that the arranger, Viator needs to address. Furthermore, the tour company Trevopedia are based in Pakistan not Saudi Arabia. Finally even though the guide failed to turn up, I was advised, if I cancel I won’t get my refund. So I didn’t cancel and took evidential photographs to prove my location and time and I’ve referred it all to my Lawyer husband. I am entitled to a full refund. Two days later they have failed to respond. Appalling and actually frightening.

Driver sent me a link on YouTube videos of Madinah history, once again I think he was a taxi driver, save yourself save your pocket not worth it my best advice is come to Madinah or Back car and just grab a taxi. It’ll probably be much more cheaper and plus their English not so great.

Complete waste of money. This was advertised as a tour offered in English. When we met the "tour guide" who was essentially just a driver, he did not speak English and barely spoke Arabic. When my husband who speaks Arabic asked questions about the different places we were going to he would respond in very broken Arabic with very few details. We were excited about learning and teaching our 3 young children who were with us about the beautiful history of our beloved prophet's (saws) city. Instead we ended up having to google every spot we went to in order to know what we were even seeing. Very disappointing to be sold something that was not truthfully advertised in one of the holiest cities for Muslims.

The experience was okay, the driver came and 1 hour late, driver never took us to the garden of Salman Farsi, he just drove by and said it's closed, but from outside we seen so many people in the garden and also he didn't take us to masjid juma, just drove past and said it's so and so mosque.
