1.00I booked this 2 months in advance, got a call the day before asking to move my time slot from 10am to 3pm. Then the day of, 15 minutes before our slotted time they reached out to me stating that my Tour had to be canceled due to a visit from officials. Was not very happy about this.

1.00The English speaker was difficult to understand He would start describing something before entire group was in the room. He also would go off on tangents that had nothing to do with the tour. I got more information just by reading the signs in each room

5.00Wonderful walking tour. The Palace is beautiful. Be forewarned it has many rooms to see and learn about. However, it is at the end of the tour and you're able to leave early if necessary. The guide did a great job.

5.00I was amazed at all the art, chandeliers in every room. The furniture, the structure, the size. I just loved everything. It was a lot easier f walking throughout the palace.
