What To Expect
We will start with grocery shopping to find the freshest veggies and spices at one of Tashkent's oldest farmers' markets, which no tourist has visited before. We will head home to make together an authentic Uzbek plove on fire- a piece of art of regional cuisine.

5.00It was the best touristy like thing I ever did. It didn’t feel like we were tourists, but dearest friends. Starting on the market, it was an insight into Tashkent we wouldn’t have gotten without this. The host also had really nice friend to help us preparing the plov and we had great conversations about everything. Both guides provided us with an authentic insight into Uzbek culture, food and people. Thanks lots!!
