2.00Very poor service for the amount charged! Poor communication,I had to call to arrange. Car was not ready, needed air in tires, ran out of gas had to urgently fill gas and get oil service done for a trip from Makkah to Madinah. You need to improve your service and communication!

1.00Not Reliable. Bought a package for convenience, Airport to Medina, Medina to Makkah, Makkah to Jeddah. But I really just needed Medina to Makkah. That drive was very uncomfortable. They sent me a van, I dont like vans. They said it was new, but looked very dated, with upholstery. I did not like the driver. My father is 76, and this was the first driver that coudlnt open and close a door for him. I had 12 drivers on this trip, as it was an extended trip. Then from Makkah to Jeddah, I was assigned a driver 2 hours before leaving at 2:30am. Driver didnt even know I was leaving that night. Then he didnt know how to get to the Hajj Terminal. We arrived in 2 hours, which is way longer than it should take. Pretty bad service overall. WhatsApp booking agent seemed completely indifferent. I guess once you have a number of good reviews, you stop caring. I woudl not recommend when there are other options, who communicate better.
