Well arranged and nicely planned tour. Though this tour’s pickup time is really early, you will find out that the early starts works really well since Melaka’s weather is really hot and humid. Though I was in a wheelchair, the tour guide assisted me well and modified the tour so that I could enjoy the tour. He provided me with necessary advanced information for immigration and the tour. I believe this one is A+.

We booked a last minute trip with our tour guide Andy. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! The entire experience was enjoyable for everyone. Despite the early start, Andy made sure we were well taken care of, he stopped for us to have breakfast. His knowledge and insights throughout the tour were impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and well-informed guide.

It was a day tour from Singapore to Malacca. Andy, our guide, was perfect, from immigration to local guidance. I had a lot of knowledge about the history of Malacca and the social situation in Malaysia, and it was a very enjoyable and fulfilling trip.

We thought it might be nice to visit Malaysia given we were going all the way to Singapore from the UK but we weren't sure whether it would be worth it for a day...it really, really was. From start to finish Andy was fantastic. He got in touch straight away and helped me plan the day trip. He picked us up at a great time which meant border crossings were effortless. He took us on a beautiful scenic drive through Malaysia in a spacious air-conditioned car. When we wanted to chat he gave us tons of interesting information and had fantastic stories to tell. When we nodded off after a long day he continued to drive us safely home. Malaka is truly beautiful, the bustling streets smelled of incense from the many temples dotted around and were a feast for the eyes. The scenic boat ride was a great opportunity to see the colourful shops lining the river as well as some local wildlife (water monitors!). We had delicious local food recommended by our guide (the green pancakes filled with coconut were really good!). Andy also accommodated reasonable requests for changes to the tour which allowed us to visit some places more out of the way and get a feel for the real Malaysia. We felt like this really was an authentic Malaysian experience that we will never forget and Andy himself made it very special, it really was a privilege to meet him and have him as a guide. I can't recommend this tour enough. Thank you Andy!!!

Andy is incredibly kind, capable and intelligent. Although the impression I got was Malaysia was generally safe, I was still unsure about going by myself. But all of that went away when I went together with Andy. He handled all the interactions in Malay and made it easy to get around. I felt completely safe and appreciated that he takes great pride in making sure his guests have the best experiance possible. Whether it was navigating Jonker walk, explaining cultural nuances of the Baba-Nyonya culture, or showing local foods Andy always went the extra mile. He's also great to talk to, knows a lot about the world and is a friend to all people from different backgrounds.

Yes, an incredibly enlightening and interesting day trip from Singapore to Melaka and back can be relaxing and fun. For those who aren’t in the business of shipping or of war, the Malaccan Strait is arguably the single most important body of water on earth. So we wanted to see the town that used to control it. We left driving & guiding to Andy, and he did a great job. From a timely early morning pickup in Singapore to a safe delivery back to our hotel, Andy took very good care of us. He is a safe driver, and his van is very comfortable. We visited all the historic sites in Melaka, including a cooling tour of the town by water. Bring a hat. It can get toasty! Andy is a very thoughtful guide, and very good company. We highly recommend this tour for everyone wanting to see one of the highlights of Malaysian and world culture. Sent from my iPhone

Andy was an excellent and informative host. We are from South Africa and as our 2 Countries have significant common histories of first the Portuguese and thereafter the Dutch and thirdly British influences we were talking and seeing many similarities of our 2 countries, namely Malaysia and South Africa. Even to the extend that the Afrikaans language in SA was not only influenced by Dutch but a lot of Malaysian language. One example being that a Banana is called a "Piesang" in both languages.

Absolutely perfect day trip to Melaka, can't recommend more :) got to drive around with Andy, who was very enjoyable to be around and told us a lot about the country and culture of Malaysia and Singapore. got very lucky with waiting times, so the day was over faster than imaged, but we got a good look at Melaka and it's history. the whole trip was nicely planned with enough toilet/food breaks and due to the good company of Andy, the drive went by real quick! definitely can recommend this tour if you're interested in a bit more Personal and funny trip

Got to drive with Andy for a day to Melaka and it was very enjoyable! communication and pick-up were easy, and Andy was much fun to talk to :) (told us many interesting things you wouldn't usually get to know about and we also we're having a lot of fun) the trip was nicely planned with the right amount of stops and food (and recommendations). got to see a lot of the city and it's history and the culture and people of Malaysia itself. the drive was never boring and the day was over faster than I thought. (we were also very lucky with waiting times ;)) can definitely recommend booking this tour if you want to enjoy some nice company and a nice day in Melaka!
