This is both a wine tour and a mountain tour conducted in a spacious 4X4. Venture into Uco Valley through the Andes mountains, combining stunning views with great food and wine. This private wine tour is with a friendly and professional guide. Pick up is at 10am and we take an unpaved mountain road through Valle de Las Carreras. We then visit two wineries in Uco Valley and enjoy premium wines at each winery. Receive wine tasting instructions and background information about each location. Enjoy a multiple-course gourmet lunch with wine pairings. This tour includes a driver, guide, lunch, hotel pickup and drop-off.

Luxury experience!! We did the private day tour of Luján de Cuyo. Ricardo our guide, along with the driver behaved excellent, treated us like kings!! And the most important thing was super-punctual. We visited 4 wineries .. the first was Bodega Benegas Lynch, where Tomas was an excellent guide, we learned and enjoyed very much, exquisite wines accompanied by some hams and cheeses ; this winery has a lot of history so you can not miss it. Second winery was Alta vista, there is not much to say, delicious wines, excellent guide and the best view of the mountain range. Third winery Terrazas de los Andes (from the Chandon family) this was where we had lunch a 4-step Gourmet menu. UNMATCHED, including tasting 5 wines, our guide Alejo a crack. And the fourth and final Norton winery, we enjoyed a lot with the guide (I don't remember its name) was a very dynamic and fun tasting, with a tour to the underground tastings. We loved it. Sincerely I would re-engage the Service with my eyes closed after this one, I doubt another will match it!!!

Ricardo and Diego picked us up in a very comfortable van for the tour (a big plus as getting around Mendoza is mostly in tiny and rickety taxis unless you have a rental car). Ricardo provided us with a very informative tour between each stop and we thoroughly enjoyed the two beautiful wineries we visited. A great way to spend a day in Mendoza, enjoy wine and great food, and the beautiful scenery.

Fantastic Experience. Ricardo was our guide and was incredibly knowledgable. The tour through the mountains was beautiful. We stopped at Masi winery for a tasting and tour, which was very nice with good wines. We then had a coursed lunch with wine tasting at Andeluna. The food was delicious and the views/ambience were incredible. We didn't care as much for the wine here, but it did not take away from the overall experience.
Federico made the tour special.

What a great way to learn about the Mendoza area and experience some excellent wines from the Uco Valley! Our tour guide, Federico, was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We learned so much about the valley as well as the wines themselves. We tasted wines at a small winery (Michelini i Mufatto) which was exquisite; and then had wine and lunch at Restaurante Gaia at Domaine Bousquet which was outstanding! We would highly recommend Federico and Trout & Wine if you are visiting Mendoza!
