What To Expect
Blue Lagoon
Blue Lagoon – Comino During this private boat tour in Malta we will visit the famous Blue Lagoon in Comino, one of the most stunning swimming spots in the Maltese islands. The lagoon is well known for its incredibly clear turquoise water and bright sandy seabed, making it one of the highlights of a private boat trip to Comino. At the Blue Lagoon you can swim directly from the boat using the swim ladder, or if you prefer you can also go on land and explore the lagoon from the small beach area. The water here is shallow, calm, and perfect for relaxing in the sea. Snorkel masks are provided on board, so you can snorkel and explore the crystal clear water around the lagoon. The excellent visibility makes it a great spot to see the seabed and marine life. Your skipper will normally anchor the boat slightly away from the busiest parts of the Blue Lagoon so you can enjoy swimming and relaxing in clear blue water, away from the crowds, during your private boat tour in Malta.
Crystal Lagoon
Crystal Lagoon – Comino Crystal Lagoon is one of the most spectacular places around Comino and a highlight of many private boat tours in Malta. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and natural caves, this beautiful lagoon is known for its incredibly clear turquoise and deep blue water. During our stop at Crystal Lagoon, guests can swim directly from the boat, snorkel in the crystal clear water, or simply relax and enjoy the stunning scenery around the lagoon. Snorkel masks are provided on board, making it easy to explore the rocky seabed and marine life below. Crystal Lagoon is also known for its caves and rock formations, which we explore by boat when sea conditions allow. The cliffs surrounding the lagoon create calm and sheltered water, making it a perfect location for swimming during a private boat trip to Comino. Because it is less crowded than the Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon often feels more relaxed while still offering some of the clearest blue water in Malta.

5.00Best trip ever! Our guide, Casper, was so fun and always checking up on us to make sure we were having fun. The two hours were perfect, plenty of time for swimming and pictures. If you are planning a trip to Malta I 100% recommend. Perfect way to escape the crowds and enjoy the Blue Lagoon. Also great value for your money!

5.00Just did our second trip with this family-run business and they really are the best tours around for a reasonable price. The Crystal Lagoon and Blue Lagoon were absolutely amazing. Adin, our r skipper was great! at times you wouldn't even notice he was there, but he was always ready to answer questions and give us some really interesting facts whenever we stopped. Highly recommend them, we'll definitely be back again!

5.00Laura was AMAZING! Our trip was great- but this experience may have been our favorite. Having the boat to ourselves really made all the difference. We've taken boat rides before and even have family who have their own boas, but Laura could navigate caves and grottos really impressively. Plus, she was just too fun to be with. She made the experience one we will never forget.

3.00If you just want a boat ride to the blue lagoon and caves this is a very pleasant ride. Our captain did not point out the various sites such as the crystal lagoon Santa Mariana bay St Mary’s tower which was a pass by hondoq bay so I am not sure we even saw this part of our itinerary. We were unable to find him as we probably passed by when he hadn’t arrived and when we found him 15 minutes later they docked this time from our trip. Overall he was a pleasant boater and answered any questions. We gave a full 99 pounds for fuel even though it was only a 1 hour and 45 minute trip

5.00We were an extended family of 8 enjoying a fantastic 2 hour boat tour to Crystal Lagoon and Blue Lagoon with its magic blue water The boat was very comfortable and Habib, our skipper did an outstanding job. We were swimming in both places despite the water still being very cold in early May. Given the Blue Lagoon is a very popular tourist attraction, going there by private boat is in my view the only viable option.

5.00We had such a great time on our boat trip with Captain Jonathan! He was super friendly and really made it fun for the kids. We loved exploring the caves and lagoons and getting to swim — having snorkel gear onboard was an awesome bonus. There were some wind and wave concerns, but the booking company kept us updated and offered other options. We decided to go for it and are so glad we did!
