This 3-hour Private Boat Tour Malta is designed for guests who want to experience Comino and Gozo without the crowds. Unlike large group boats that drop hundreds of people at fixed points, this is a fully private boat charter, exclusively for your group.
Your skipper navigates towards the Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, Comino caves, and the south coast of Gozo, but instead of stopping at busy shorelines, we anchor in open, crystal-clear water where you can swim directly from the boat in peace and comfort.
The itinerary is flexible and adjusted to sea conditions and your preferences. There is no rushed schedule and no shared spaces — just your own private boat trip to Comino, tailored for you.
Included on board: professional english speaking skipper, mask and snorkel, shaded seating, cushioned sun deck, swim ladder, Bluetooth audio, permits and ice box with ice.
Departures from Cirkewwa, Malta or Mgarr Harbour, Gozo. Prices are per boat, not per person
Service animals allowed

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

We’ll drop you off at Cirkewwa Port, right next to the only kiosk/café in the area. Alternatively, we can drop you off at Cirkewwa Marina or Gozo Marina, depending on your preference. This can be a round trip returning to your starting point, or we can drop you off on either Gozo or Malta Island — your choice!
Blue Lagoon
Blue lagoon Malta The blue lagoon is a blue crystal patch of water between Comino and Cominotto, where you have white sandy beaches on either side. The only way to get to the blue lagoon is by boat. It is one place where we stop with the private boat trip for a swim and snorkel. The clearness of the blue lagoon makes it feels like you are swimming in a pool. Given that it is a private boat, we anchor in the bluest parts of the lagoon, where you can get the best experience out of your Maltese vacation. The blue lagoon is very photogenic. It offers the most extensive stretch of blue waters in the Maltese islands; it is one of the top 5 things to do in malta. It is not a hidden gem, so the best way to explore the blue lagoon and its beaches is by private boat so you can get the best blue waters exclusive to your self.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Janet and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive when organising the trip, making everything really easy. Once on the boat, our skipper Clyde was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew all the best spots. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Malta — easily one of the highlights of our trip.

We took a two-hour boat tour with Zlatko today. It was fantastic, one of the best tours we've ever done. Snorkeling in the Blue Lagoon was an absolute highlight. The only downside: you have to pay a fuel fee of €79 on board. You only find this out on TripAdvisor after booking. It seems a bit dodgy. Nevertheless, we would book again. The tour was worth every penny!

We booked the 6 hours excursion and had Brandon as our skipper. He was an amazing driver and took us to all the cool spots. We had the best time ever. It was also super nice having our own private boat. Definitely book with this company!!!

This was the most amazing experience, we didn’t want it to end! Anthony was the loveliest man and he made our experience amazing! It was 10/10 from the boat, to Anthony, to the places we went on the boat. We will 100% be rebooking! Thank you Janet & Sam for making the booking process so smooth!

Would thoroughly recommend this private boat tour. We went as a family of 4 with two boys aged 7 & 10 and had a great time. The boat itself was modern and extremely comfortable, while being on a smaller private boat meant we could get closer and deeper into the caves. Our skipper John was a local and he was really knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to bring snacks and towels. We stopped at the blue lagoon for a swim and a picnic! We were also able to hook up our phone to the boats speakers and play some music while we relaxed! Highlight of our Malta trip.

Pedro our skipper absolutely made our visit. He was very friendly and insightful. Gave us all the information and ensured we got to see all the sights we wanted whilst not compromising any time to swim. Lovely guy couldn’t recommend more!

Great, we booked the boat for two. Justin was the perfect skipper. We saw the most important things on Camino and Justin found the best spots and explained them great. We also had a lot of fun and laughed a lot.
