The Manatee and Dolphin kayak tour is one of our busiest kayaking trips and the best daytime outdoor activity in the Orlando and Cocoa Beach area. This location can see upwards of 200+ manatees at any given time. It is truly "a once in a lifetime tour" for our adventuring guests.

What To Expect
Paddle through the canals and keep your eyes open for playful dolphins and gentle manatees who call these waters home. Manatees are known as the gentle giants of the sea, and they are curious creatures who love to come up to kayakers for a closer look! You may even be able to pet one. Dolphins are equally playful and often swim right by your kayak. You might even get the chance to witness the Bottlenose Dolphin in the act of predation. Our tour guides are wildlife experts and can point out each creature and teach you a little something along the way. 5.00We had such a wonderful time with Brian as our guide! We were able to encounter manatees, alligators (from afar), and dolphins. We also observed different species of birds and the beautiful mangrove trees that flourished throughout the reserve. Our guide Brian was very informative and safely led us throughout the reserve. This experience was so wonderful and truly unforgettable in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

5.00This trip was a highlight of our vacation! Well worth the drive from Orlando and the relatively low fee. Our guide Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it a great tour. He had all the answers like: "where do I put my car remote?". There was some paddling involved, but the manatees, dolphins and alligators did not disappoint. The water is not clear, but the manatees will poke their noses out a few feet from the boat and their tails will come up. We even got to see a large variety of birds from blue herons to osprey to kingfishers and sand pipers. It was so much fun. I was in a 2-seat kayak with my teenaged daughter who mostly took photographs while I mostly paddled. That worked perfectly.

5.00Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly had a lot of experience in the estuary and knew where the charismatic macrofauna (alligators, dolphins, manatees) were to be found. The highlight was the 3 ft Iguana and Osprey bringing its catch in right over our heads. Brian was able to explain mangrove proliferation and their various adaptations to living in brackish water. One of my three sons had a manatee and a dolphin swim right under his boat. Brian also did an excellent job with directions. My husband is legally blind and was able to really enjoy the whole experience, both navigating the boat and able to see the wildlife thanks to Brian's excellent descriptions of where to look. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to come again.

5.00Very peaceful, casual, informative tour! We saw dolphins, manatees and even a big ol’ gator lazing in the sun. Brian was a very social (but definitely NOT annoyingly so 😊), informative guide, letting us take our time and enjoy the wildlife and vegetation!

5.00This tour was amazing! We saw manatees, dolphins, alligators and many birds. The kayaking was easy and the water was calm. Our guide Terrance was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of history of the area and about the wildlife. He even took photos of us throughout the adventure for no additional cost. This was the perfect way to spend our Thanksgiving day!

5.00Jeremiah was a fun tour guide but he was also super safe. We learned several interesting facts about the local wildlife. The manatees like to come out for him and know his voice. He also knows a lot about the local birds. It was a great kayak tour and we would recommend Jeremiah to our friends.
