An experience of a lifetime awaits you on this exciting 3 hour snorkeling tour to Swim with Manatees in their natural habitat. Located just 1.5 hours from the attractions area of Orlando, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge is the only place in the U.S. where you can experience the manatees up close and face to face. On this Semi-Private Manatee Snorkel Tour, you will enjoy the benefits of a small group. This tour is our most popular as it is limited to a maximum of only 6 participants.

Pricing is the same for children and adults, all persons going on tour must have a ticket regrdless of age.
Children 3 years old and up are welcome with paid ticket.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome on private trips (call for private trip pricing)
Wetsuits available in sizes from 2 toddler to adult 4X.
All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration.
Photo packages of your manatee experience available for purchase after your tour.
Service animals are allowed if booking a private tour.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Fun 2 Dive Manatee Tours
Arrive to our full service tour facility and gift shop located in the historical district of beautiful downtown Crystal River, Florida. All manatee tours are conducted daily, year round, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Choose the best tour option to fit your group's size, budget, and departure time. All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration and include all snorkeling gear (Mask, Snorkel, and Wetsuit) at no additional cost. Guides accompany guests into the water on all manatee tours to ensure the best possible experience for both man and manatee. The guide also takes pictures of your manatee encounter which are available for purchase at the conclusion of your tour. You will have an opportunity to view the up to 100 images captured during your experience.
Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge
The Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge provides a sanctuary for manatees both in summer and winter. You will enjoy observing them from both the boat and in the waters of the refuge.

Our afternoon tour is a great choice for those who are traveling from outside the area or are just not into the whole morning thing while on vacation.

This early morning tour is scheduled to get out ahead of the crowds. On this trip you can expect the best visibility, the fewest number of people, and most relaxed manatees of the day.

5.00Absolutely the best thing I have done. So many mantees went right under us or around us. It was amazing. Captain Chaz and our guide Kaitlyn were very knowledgeable and super friendly. We did the semi private since we had 6. What an experience and made memories that will last a life time.

5.00It was our second time with Fun 2 Dive. They did not disappoint. We did the small group tour so there was only 5 of us on tour. Also, buy the pictures after the tour. We had our own GoPro and still get the pictures. Also ask for Shelby and Brody. They were great and took the best care of my daughter's and me. We can't wait to get back and when we do it will be with Shelby, Brody, and the Fun 2 Dive team.

5.00Aubrey and Derek was amazing with giving us a semi private tour to swim with the manatees. Getting ready with wetsuits and transport was so easy and enjoyable. My adventures with the Manatees was one of the best experiences of my Life. I would highly recommend them!

5.00Booking online was easy, they kept us informed via emails, able to do waivers online to save time on day of swim. On arrival all the staff was welcoming and friendly. The shop, restrooms, changing area was all very clean. Our swim was with Captain Brody and guide Eli, they were amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and informative. Even offered hot chocolate or tea, poured warm water on the floor of the boat for us to warm our feet...hands down amazing guides. As for the day, truly magical. One of the most beautiful experiences. They are majestic and to have the privilege to see them up close and have them swim by you, I have no words. Watch the video and respect the rules. I loved that Eli took pictures as well. There is a fee of course to get the photos but totally worth it. It was great to be in the moment and still have the memories captured. Thank you for an amazing experience.

5.00If this experience is on your bucket list, this is the perfect place to check it off. Storm was an amazing guide. Our group of six had a wide range of ages and skill levels, from someone who had never snorkeled before to a scuba diver, and he handled everyone perfectly. Storm was patient, attentive encouraging, and great at adjusting the experience so everyone was comfortable. By the end, even the youngest participant—who had to learn how to use a snorkel—was confidently exploring all the areas. We saw an absolute ton of manatees. They were everywhere around us, which made the experience unforgettable. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Booking was easy, parking was right at the loading location, and everything was very straightforward. I went in January, so the water was cold, but the wetsuits helped a lot—and they really do tell the truth when they say the water gets warmer once you’re away from the boat. I don’t remember the captain’s name, but he was fantastic as well and made everyone feel comfortable. After the tour, he even had warm drinks ready for us, which was such a nice touch on a cold day. My only advice is to relax and have fun. Bring a towel and a coat or sweatshirt for the boat ride and the ride back to the meeting place. Highly recommend this tour!
