Take a cooking class, it's the best souvenir you can give yourself and it lasts your lifetime and you can share it with others. I enjoyed my cooking class with Cheryl. She was very through on explaining everything. I was the only person in the class and she was graceful enough not to cancel. I recommend this cooking class, have fun and learn to make yummy things!

Chil was really sweet and kind. We were running late due to traffic and she worked with us. She made cooking fun and felt like family when we were done. There was a lot of food - we had left overs for later. Great with instructions and just over all fun way to learn Filipino culture. Inwouldncooknwithbherbagain, anytime.

My son and I had a wonderful time learning to cook 3 Filipino snacks. Chyl was a great communicator with simple instructions to create savory and sweet treats. The class is held in an outdoor courtyard which had a nice breeze adding to a great cooking experience.

This experience was the very last thing I did during my visit to the Philippines. I am a vegetarian and Filipino food is primarily meat/seafood so I didn’t get to have much local food during my travels. My goal with this experience was to learn about the local food, its origins and alternatives to meat which could help me recreate recipes back home. Chyl, the host, was very accommodating to my food preferences and helped throughout. I also appreciated that each one of us had our own equipment so we got to do each and every step for our dishes. All the three items we created were delicious and even though I was too full to finish everything during the experience- they made for a very special dinner later in the day. The host had take out containers ready for me to bring them safely. Thank you so much, can’t wait to recreate these in my kitchen.

Authentic Filipino Cooking with basic ingredients so you can recreate the dishes at home! Chyl is very patient, checking in on each student and making sure each dish is perfect. We had individual cooking stations, and made a mountain of food - I was still eating it the next day!

What a beautiful and wholesome experience this was. Chyl was so kind, knowledgable and made the experience perfect. We talk about Filipino traditions and she knew a bit where my family is from. I felt at home and I learned new ways to cook Filipino food. Highly recommend this experience. You will leave knowing how to bring the best appetizers to your next party, a full belly and a memory to last a lifetime.

As a frequent business traveler I like to join tours here and there to fill my day. Planned a day with the Ayala museum and the cooking class right next door. Everything was setup when I got there and it was so fun to make my own Filipino food and enjoy it! Brought an appreciation of the foods of this country and heard a lot about food and culture from the guide. It’s great to hear about how food brings together family and friends.
