Experience an outing of vibrant public art in one of Maputo's neighborhoods, outside of the city center. We provide a 2 hour guided tour, where you will have the chance to experience public art in the form of murals, photography, and recycled materials created by a myriad of artists. You'll learn about the rich intersection of art, culture, and history in the periphery of Maputo. We provide an unparalleled opportunity to get off the beaten tourist track and get a glimpse into daily life in a Maputo community filled with art!
The proceeds of the tour fund our non-profit organization. The majority of art schools, galleries, funding, & opportunities are concentrated in the wealthy & central zones of provincial capitals. Our mission is to bring art & community development programs to under-resourced neighborhoods, promote artistic expression, facilitate cultural preservation, catalyze gender & youth empowerment, & foster community development.

5.00Very good experience to know the other side of the neighborhoods that in principle are poorly seen. not only unit 7, but has Chamanculo, Maxaquene, Polana caniço. and can still paint with the artists
