We had such a great experience with this tour in Seoul. Instead of the usual tourist attractions, the tour focused more on Korean culture and local places that you normally wouldn’t find on your own. We visited a beautiful traditional tea house, explored a really interesting retro collection space filled with vintage items, and even had a relaxing Korean-style foot bath experience. Each place felt authentic and unique. What we appreciated the most was how the guide explained the cultural background and stories behind each place. It made the experience much more meaningful than a typical city tour. It honestly felt like exploring the city with a local friend who loves sharing Korean culture. If you want to experience a different side of Seoul beyond the typical tourist spots, we definitely recommend this tour. It was one of the most memorable experiences during our trip to Seoul.

If you’re visiting Seoul and want an authentic food experience, I highly recommend booking a tour with Youla. She was absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate about Korean food and culture. What made the experience special is that it didn’t feel like a typical tour at all. It felt like exploring the city with a friend who knows all the best local spots. She took us to must-try places and explained not just what to eat, but why each dish matters culturally. Everything was well organized, relaxed, and personalized. If you’re a foodie or just want a meaningful introduction to Seoul, this tour is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

From the very first seconds Youla takes you on a journey into the very heart of Korean history, passionately telling every little detail and anecdote as if you were there. At the bend of a street, you then catch yourself feeling the agony as if you were. But more than just a Youla guide, is really benevolent and warm, and does not conform to a conventional layout. You really discover local life, the real, far from tourist places. We were often the only strangers or almost so. The food was really delicious! 😍 And I really enjoyed being able to discover typical Korean food that I did not know. I did a lot of food tours in Asia and it's quite simple it was by far the best and most intoxicating! Thank you Youla! 🙏❤️

My friend recommended this package and I don't regret it at all. I had the most enjoyable time and there was a lot to see during this trip. Guy!! when you come to Korea you need to go where the locals go. That is the real culture experience and this package had that all!! The fee was reasonable including sightseeing, guided tour and Korean foods. The guide kindly explained everything whenever we are curious about things. She does know what she is doing! We were a group of 6 people, which was really good number. not crowded and enough to cheer each other. We kind of became friends at the end. Especially my partner was so happy to try all those different Korean foods and look around the local market. At the end of the trip, we were very grateful for what we just experienced and said we would definitely come back to have an other trip with her. I truly recommend to family or couples. It was not tiring at all it was all excitements! Korea is beautiful!!

The traditional market tour with Youla Guide was absolutely amazing. I was able to see a truly authentic Korean local market. We started by having a warm bowl of porridge on a cold day, which was perfect for satisfying our hunger. After that, we walked around the market, and our guide treated us to many delicious snacks, so we were never hungry at all 😊 The herbal medicine museum experience was very unique. We learned about the ingredients used in herbal medicine and the process of how it is made, and we even enjoyed a relaxing foot bath that soothed our tired feet. I have a five-year-old son. There were so many cute toys throughout the tour, which made it easy to find souvenirs for him. In particular, the toy street had all kinds of toys, and I was even able to buy dog clothes at a very reasonable price. It was a fun tour where you can truly experience, explore, and feel real Korean culture. I’ve already highly recommended it to my friends, and I would love to join again if I get the chance!

First of all, two thumbs up!! Everyone who still confused where to go in Seoul, this tour is the answer. This tour is small group with hand picked itinerary where the real locals enjoy. I always would prefer high quality over quantity, the money I paid was worth every minutes of the time we had with her. The CEO legitimately comes with us to guide all the way to the end make sure we are happy and satisfied. She had proper knowledge of places and foods, the selection of foods was amazing as well. I strongly recommend to everyone this tour course. When I come back to Seoul as time soon, I will definitely tour with her again with other route. Thank you again! I will see you again!!

This was a wonderful dive into what locals eat. I'm a fan of Korean food, but for Americans, that means barbecue and bibimbap. We tried many wonderful things that we knew nothing about, like the awesome mung bean pancakes. Youla was a terrific guide. She is knowledgeable and passionate. She is also fluent in English and was happy to answer questions about Korea and the culture. Thanks for a fun day.

Even though I am Korean, I was visiting Korea after a long time, and this tour gave me such a warm and meaningful way to reconnect with everyday Korean culture. Gyeongdong Market felt alive, authentic, and full of stories that I would have completely missed on my own. What truly made the experience exceptional was the guide, Youla. Her deep knowledge, genuine passion, and thoughtful explanations brought the market, the people, and the culture to life. It never felt rushed or touristy—rather, it felt like being shown around by someone who truly loves and understands this place. This tour is recommended for those who want to discover the heart of Korea through fresh eyes. I left with a full heart, new perspectives, and lasting memories. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the real soul of Seoul.
