The combination of these three valleys brings you into secluded fertile valleys where daily life of the indigenous Berber inhabitants moves with time honoured traditions. Immerse yourself for a day and discover the real Morocco as you travel through this ancient landscape with its many hidden treasures and incredible vistas.

Small villages of adobe houses nestled in the mountainside with terraced fields, fruit and nut trees, bee hives and olive trees, here, everything works in sympathy with nature.

Many artisans produce excellent work in these villages for sale in the nearby souks. Visit imlil Valley, Asni Valley, and the village of Moulay Brahim and the Kik Plateau at the Atlas Mountains.

We had THE best experience on this tour, from start to finish. Ismail takes you through the best places from the atlas mountains with breathtaking views, a very nice camel ride, you get to visit his family in a Berben village and enjoy a delicious meal that his family prepared. If you are coming to Marrakesh you have to book this trip! Highly recommend.

A very well put together your including some amazing insights into the Imazighen people, the way of life. The camel ride, then seeing the argan oil being made was a great start. The guide was so informative on regards to the mix of cultures and influences. Lunch was very good and the walk to the waterfalls was the ideal way to finish off a varied day with stunning backdrops.

  • The Berber/Moroccan Experience

We had an awesome day trip. Our tour guide Ibraheem was so, so good. We were picked up on time and straight away he engaged with us and made us feel comfortable. For many of us it was our first time in Morocco. Our first stop was having a short tea break that included enjoying the amazing bread with honey/argon oil and peanut butter/argon oil. We also got to see the argon oil process. Then it was the camel ride!! It was so nice to be out in the open, enjoying sitting on the ‘ship of the desert’ and pondering and reflecting on life!! We were then taken to the Atlas Mountains. What an experience. Ibraheem guided us all the way. Helped us along and provided insight into life as a Berber in the Atlas mountains. We wore trainers which was comfortable enough whilst on the trek, enjoying fresh walnuts. Best part of the trip was the meal. It was the best food we had in Morocco. We enjoyed different types of tajines (including a vegetarian one), copious amounts of bread and salad. Normally food is offered before the trek but we asked whether we could have it after, Ibraheem was very accommodating and as result I feel we were able to enjoy the food more! Feeling very comfortable after our dinner ,and the wonderful experience in the mountains, and our joyous camel ride we had to return back to the hotel which we did around 5:30. I’ve been on many tours etc in many parts of the world but this was one of the best and value for money. P.s the transport was good and he even allowed us to use his data/wifi. What a gent!! Thank you Ibraeem/viatour

Hicham was an exceptional guide! A perfectly organized day from 8:30 to 19:00. Impressive price quality, I recommend. A group of 12, all satisfied. Visit of the Atlas with Argan Oil Sales Cooperative with explanations, lunch with his family, walk along a river, camel ride and sunset with tea in the desert. Beautiful day.

Myself and hubby had an awesome time on this excursion...we were picked up at our hotel by Abdul...and met up with Ahmed our knowledgable Berber tour guide, who was lovely and just bursting to share his culture and the beautiful surroundings with us... We were taken on an awesome camel ride in traditional dress... The highlight of the trip was being taken through Berber villages by foot with super views of the Atlas mountains...Then to top it off we had the most lovely traditional meal prepared by Ahmeds family.... Would recommend this trip to anyone wanting an authentic experience with a great host...

I can’t recommend this tour enough. We had the best day out with our guide Ibrahim. The day was a perfect combination of activity and relaxation. The lunch in the Berber village was the best meal we’ve had whilst we’ve been in Morocco. You won’t be disappointed with this tour.

Had a great day with Ahmed and his good driver, lovely air con minibus, to the camels ( a little too long sat on them though), then the Argon oil cooperative, to see it being extracted- lovely products there, and snacks. Then a walk to the mountains, a visit to the waterfall , tasty orange juice, and a tagine cooked well in A Berber family home. Beautiful Ahmed even returned my book left on the bus - Many thanks
