Given the right tour guide, this tour can be a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, we did not have a person who was in especially qualified tour guide. This was supposed to be a private tour, and we paid considerably for it. The tour was supposed to last four hours, but because we modified it slightly we ended up walking around for only three hours. When the tour guide left, we were glad to be on our own. His English was unfortunately pretty poor. He took us to four historic sites, gave us his five minute lecture, and then ignored us the rest of the time. Most of the time he was walking 20 feet in front of us. A private tour is supposed to be a user friendly and rich experience. If you’re going to charge people $225 for an afternoon tour, you should provide tour guides who speak proper English and understand and communicate with their audience. .

Amid was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history, architecture and art of the city. He guided us through the souks, took us to the very best artisans and recommended some amazing local restaurants. He knew we only had a short time in the city and helped us to make the most of it. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to experience the very best of Marrakech. We hope to have him as our guide again when we return!!!

Our tour was exceptional! Hassan, our tour guide provided excellent historical narrative for the old city. He was able to jump through the lines and get us into locations quickly! We especially loved our private information and tasting session at the spice factory!

We made this excursion that allows you to see in a short time the highlights of Marrakech. Hassan, our guide, was very helpful, good and prepared in explaining every single stage and in making us share the culture and history of this beautiful city. We visited Bahia Palace, Medrassa and other things, passing through the Medina. Recommended for those who want to see in a few hours the many facets of Marrakech. Thank you Hassan!

Hot air balloon was an Amazing experience and very friendly staff. I think the camel riding was okay, we were just led around a random park with rubbish etc. I would recommend the hot air balloon highly but not the camel ride
