4.00Anat-our tour guide from tourist Israel had a big task of managing 37 people in our group but she was ready for the task! She had the enthusiasm and knowledge to make this trip enjoyable-the Dead Sea portion was most memorable!

1.00This company is severely unorganized. They say the departure time is 7:45 but they don't arrive until 8:05 and don't leave until 8:15. Then they claim that this is an 8 hour tour roundtrip, meaning that you will arrive BACK at the pickup area at 3:45. Also wrong. We did not get home until 5pm and received only a measly refund request ($13) after they demolished our entire plans for the evening. We were so upset we didn't even bother going to the dead sea portion and the guide doesn't even stay with you throughout the hikes to Massada and Ein Gedi. did not learn a thing and of course she only was educated in one version of history which is extremely revisionist and downright disrespectful.
