Having lived abroad for many years, we’ve had wonderful opportunities to introduce Korean cuisine to international friends. Now, we invite you to our stylish, cafe/gallery-like cooking studio in Itaewon—where unique vibes come alive—to share those well-loved recipes. We understand exactly what international guests find most intriguing about K-food and provide a relatable, hands-on experience. This is a comprehensive 3-hour hands-on Korean cooking program, expertly guided by a seasoned instructor. The session culminates in a delightful feast where you can enjoy every dish you've prepared. • Lunch Class : Learn to make a full spread including Tteok-galbi (Short rib patties) and Gimbap. You'll also craft Kimchijeon, Hobakjeon (Zucchini), Dongtaejeon (Pollack), Fresh Kimchi, Gyeran-mari (Rolled eggs), and Japchae, finished with a traditional dessert. • Dinner Class : Master the art of Bulgogi and Bibimbap. This experience is a hidden gem and a must when visiting Seoul. We had a wonderful and memorable cooking experience at Cooking Delight with Grace and Stephen. We prepared 8 authentic dishes, and it was very much a hands-on experience. Grace provided a detailed description and history of the recipes and the ingredients. She explained why you use different ingredients as well as possible ingredient variations if you want more savory, sweet, or salty food. Grace first demonstrated how to make each recipe, and then she assisted us where needed when we cooked ours. The recipes were delicious and ones that we can make at home. We made enough for dinner, and we had plenty to take with us. Grace and Stephen were friendly and personable and provided an experience that made our visit to Seoul special. We can’t wait to make the dishes when we get back home!!

Grace and Stephen are amazing hosts — kind, warm, and so knowledgeable about Korean cuisine. We cooked eight dishes together and the bulgogi and japchae were standouts. I loved how the instructor explained the flavors and seasonings behind each dish, not just the steps. The space is inviting and the whole vibe is just really fun. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience in the cooking class. I take a lot of classes while traveling and it was one of the best ones I tried. Really nice chef with great English, I learned a lot about Korean cuisine and most importantly I had a lot of fun. Very recommend.

Great time cooking with Grace and Stephen! They were very gracious and didn't mind that we got there a bit late due a bit of issue we had on the subway. Great food and.we learned lots about Korean food and culture!

A huge thank you to my wonderful hosts, Grace and Stephen at Cooking Delight Seoul, who created a warm, fun, and engaging environment from the moment I arrived. Grace provided a helpful overview of the Korean ingredients and products to use when making these dishes at home—which made the entire experience feel approachable and authentic, not intimidating. I ended up cooking eight incredible dishes, each one more delicious than the last, and I walked away feeling like I could actually recreate them in my own kitchen. The class struck the perfect balance of hands-on learning, cultural insight, and just having a great time. They even gave me an adorable tote bag to take home—such a thoughtful touch! Truly an amazing value for the experience. If you’re in Seoul and want something memorable, interactive, and genuinely special, I can’t recommend this enough. Already dreaming about making these dishes again!

This was an amazing experience with a very friendly instructor, Grace, who spoke eloquently and communicated well with me throughout the class, all in English. I especially loved that Cooking Delight Seoul was conveniently located in Itaewon so I could have some fun after the class, during the evening where bars and foreigner friendly Korean nightlife would open nearby. So close to the train station and right in front of the bus station so transportation was no hassle! I am amazed at the fact that I was able to make 8 delicious Korean dishes and the results were very photo-worthy. I felt like a true Korean chef! Thank you to Grace and Stephen for being so accommodating and making this an outstanding experience for me. I went to the class solo but never felt left out on anything thanks to their friendliness and hospitality. I even want to bring my friends and family here sometime.
