Trou aux Cerfs
Begin your 7-8 hours southwest scenic tour with a hotel pick-up anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet & be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding in your comfortable vehicle, then set off for your first stop. You'll be heading to Trou Aux Cerfs which is one of the famous natural tourist attractions in Mauritius. The dormant volcanic crater is around 605 meters above sea level, with a diameter of 350 meters & a depth of around 100 meters. Unlike the typical volcanic features, Trou aux Cerfs’ crater is surrounded by a vast area of lush forest consisting of indigenous plant species and some giant green pine trees. It is believed that the Trou aux Cerfs erupted once and has remained dormant for the last 700 000 years; experts believe that there is a potential chance for it to become active again. Definitely, one of the main highlights is the 360-degree view of the town, Curepipe & the majestic view of Rempart Mountain, Trois Mamelles, and the Port-Louis- Moka mountain range

They will pick you up wherever you are staying and provide a detailed explanation of the island's history, culture, and the people’s way of life. At every location you visit, you dictate how much time you want to spend, while he follows you unobtrusively, giving you the space to truly enjoy yourself. 5.00Indian Ocean: Mauritius island a green dot in the blue of the Ocean, from the plane. Sea: blue, green, light blue, emerald! The colors change incessantly. With feet in the sand, the water arrives warm and pleasant for those coming from a cold and rainy February in Italy. We book with Tripadvisor (Viator), pay (very cheap compared to similar tours) and leave by private car for two people. Driver-Guide very professional and punctual. Watch your driving on the left! Clean and comfortable car with A/C. The tour touches all the beauties of the South of the Island (see itinerary): waterfalls, mountains, parks, turtles, birds, monkeys and the colorful lands of Chamarel and...green and green, almost primordial. Thank you for a wonderful day! Why leave again?
