Identification: I will communicate with you through the app or platform you used to request the service. Upon arrival, I will either: ● Display your name: I will hold a sign with your name clearly visible. ● Describe my vehicle: I will describe the make, model, and colour of my vehicle in our pre-arranged communication so you can easily identify it. I can also provide the license plate number, if necessary. 2. Contact you directly: I will call or message you (through the app or platform) upon arrival to let you know my location. 3. Meeting Point:The agreed-upon meeting point will be confirmed in advance. This might be: ● The designated pick-up area at the port, airport or tours starting and pickup points.airport ● The address of your hotel or another specific location you provide. - Route Information: 1. Route Type: I will offer information about the route. ● Direct Route: Unless otherwise requested, I will take the most direct and efficient route to your destination, using navigation apps to avoid traffic and delays. ● Scenic Route: If you are interested in a more relaxed journey, I can offer a scenic route option (if available and reasonable) that may take longer but could offer pleasant views or pass by points of interest. Please specify your preference at the time of booking or request a scenic route during the trip. - Trip Duration: I will provide an estimated trip duration based on the route chosen and current traffic conditions. ● Direct: Direct routes have no stops unless requested. ● Planned Stops: If requested, I can accommodate short stops along the way, such as for restrooms or refreshments. Please notify me in advance of your requests. I'm here to make your travel experience as smooth and comfortable as possible!

5.00Amazing service!! I booked the airport transfer service from my hotel in Le Morne. The driver was amazing, I enjoyed the whole ride and that was a nice closing to my Mauritius trip. The driver also contacted me by WhatsApp on the morning of the pickup day. The company and driver were both very responsive. The price is much more reasonable compared to a taxi you would book directly at hotels. And very nice car too! I am happy to leave a review as they deserve compliment (my first review on TripAdvisor too!) I would strongly recommend their service to anyone traveling to Mauritius, 10/10 🌟

5.00If you're looking for a stress-free way to navigate the island, look no further. After a smooth airport pickup (coordinated easily via WhatsApp), we also booked a full-day tour of the Southwest, which was a highlight of our trip. We even used them for our midweek move between hotels. They are incredibly punctual and the constant communication gave us total peace of mind. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!
