The ATV ride was very disappointing. Thought we would be going through Jungle trails not roadways. Macines were old and no shocks left Zip lines only average. The Cenote was fun. The staff was great.

It was an experience, but not one I’d do again. My husband and I both got seperate ATVs, each of ours broke down twice. They do warn you that they’re not the best atleast, but it did take away from the experience a bit. The zip lines were fun, but PACK BUG SPRAY! The stairs to some of the zip lines were incredibly sketchy and unsafe, so make sure to wear shoes that have some grip! Also, if you struggle with strenuous activity, this is not for you. Lots of walking on rugged terrain, lots of stairs, and lots of swimming. Our tour guide was hilarious and super nice! We thought it was a unique experience but would not do it again.

Great experience. Awesome Senote. CJ the Guide did a great job communicating with the team and giving us the history/facts about eco system.

The zip lines were fun! The ATVs were my favorite, but try not to go too fast lest you butt into other tour members like I did. The cenote was my favorite part because we saw bats & got to go in deep with the tour guide, deeper than any cenote I’ve been too. CJ was our tour guide & he was great. Very fun & funny & informative. The entire staff was amazing. I wish I had brought more pesos for tips & to donate to the Mayan members.

The stars are really for our tour guide, Tito/George — he was excellent. However, the rest of the experience did not match the price or the expectations based on what was advertised. The tour was supposed to be 4–5 hours, and our actual activity time was significantly shorter, with a large portion of the day spent waiting. I documented the entire process. To start, pickup was 10–15 minutes late, and I had to call to confirm that someone was actually on the way. Throughout the day, we experienced long periods of waiting with little to no communication. When the driver arrived, the van was empty, and there didn’t appear to be any traffic that justified the delay. We chose the 11:15 AM time slot, but we didn’t arrive or begin any activities until about 12:45–1:00 PM. We were served food first — it was okay, but it took quite a while. Then we did the ATVs, which felt like riding in small loops for about 45 minutes rather than an adventurous trail. Next, we started the zip lines at 1:40 PM and finished around 2:34 PM. After that, we had about an hour at the cenote, which was the highlight for us. Everything was done by roughly 3:30 PM. At that point, we waited for about an hour and a half with no updates on when we were heading back. I was repeatedly told “10 minutes” or that we had to wait for another group, even though we didn’t arrive with that group. After addressing it multiple times, we finally got a ride back to our meeting point. Overall, we received only around 2.5–3 hours of actual activity within what was supposed to be a 4–5 hour experience, and the long, unmanaged waits significantly impacted our day.

Firstly this score is not a representation of how much you’ll enjoy the day, the activities are fun due to their nature and the setting but the way this tour is run is a shambles honestly. Firstly the tour notes on what you need to bring leave out some important stuff which they then are there ready to upsell you from the start. If you have these, bring; - Sunglasses for ATV eye protection - Facemask or bandana for ATV dust and dirt - Wet shoes for the whole day including cenote - Waterproof phone case as you are allowed to film on this tour which is good! The first part is ATV’s and honestly the condition of these machines is shocking. None of the brakes work so keep your distance from the person ahead of you despite the tour guide constantly telling you to close up. Someone flipped ahead of me and if I hadn’t kept a good 50yd distance I wouldn’t have been able to stop in time! Then comes zip lining. Frankly the helmets and even the harnesses stink to high heaven so if you aren’t prepared for that it can be very jarring. If you accept that probably 1000’s of people have sweated into this equipment and it’s barely been sprayed clean then you’ll be ok, think of the worst gym sweat in existence x100. Anyway zip lining is fun but come the last one you are expected to zip line WITH all your possessions and bag from the locker! We had 2 tote bags and it was an utter shock that one slip and all our belongings could be scattered across the jungle, top tip, bring a zip closeable backpack for this. Finally comes the cenote. Personally I’m not a big swimmer so without warning being led through the dark cave waters for almost an hour was not my jam. Even the good swimmers in our group were tired and cold and done with it by the end. This may be down to our tour guide but a heads up would have been good. Transport was fine, don’t pay too much attention to the 5 minute wait time rule as we were picked up first and our driver waited up to 20+ minutes for some people. I don’t know what their pickup time was meant to be but the fact that he was pacing back and forth looking around and calling them the entire time suggests they want each tour to be full whatever happens because…. Tips. These lot are relentless in hunting for tips. Aside from upselling all that equipment that they DIDNT mention you needed, they bombard you with stories of how your cash helps the indigenous Maya communities and not the company. Fine, fair enough but after buying some stuff you get to the next part and another bombardment of tips and merch requests for a DIFFERENT Maya community unrelated to the last and of course, the company. Hmmmm. The lunch is ok, empanadas rice and beans nothing major. Here they will try to upsell you soft drinks and tequila tasting and your photos. Final point, our transport home we had a few seats in our bus free so they decided to load these up with employees and workers. Overall, compared to a very similar polished and well organised tour we had in Cancun this was quite badly run and you’ll have a much better time if you go into it with your eyes open to the above on what to expect.

It was a great experience! Something I’ll remember for a lifetime! You might think you don’t have enough time to enjoy everything but you do! It’s a great experience and honestly I would do it again! Definitely one for the books! Bring your own snack though but food was 1/5. Overall 10/10 experience though !

This was a wonderful experience with friendly and knowledgeable guides throughout the entire adventure. We did the ATV, Ziplines, and Cenote - beautiful scenery and well organized moving from activity to activity.

Tour was a 10/10. ATV’s and ziplining was fun. Cenote was breath taking. Get tour guide CJ. He was Amazing. He took a group of 5 non swimmers through the Cenote to ensure that we got the full experience.

The attractions on their own were great, and our guide Victor made it even greater. Loved the cenote and the detailed explanation. I would definitely recommend it to friends, family and anyone looking for a good time in Tulum.
