It was a good tour bit of a big tour but a very good tour.. You can miss the optional lunch which wasn't good at all and there are far better places to eat in Sienna. Also do take the optional Sienna tour which was very good.

Despite the weather, the tour was excellent. The sun gave us moments and it was great. The wine tasting was delicious and the lunch excellent. John, the guide, responded to everything and was very friendly to all the passengers. He speaks 5 languages and was able to chat with the English, Spanish, French and Portuguese speaking tourists. A genius! 🇦🇷🩵

For those who are in Florence for the first time you may think that a tour to other places in Tuscany is not so necessary or attractive, but I say: just go! For our first time in Florence and in Europe, this tour was a pleasant surprise outside the crowds and close to the local culture. We were in a couple, but I recommend in all quantities of people, had family, people alone, friends... It was an amazing and comfortable experience, super interesting! The three cities are beautiful and the free time was enough to explore all. The guide John was essential for everything to go well: organized, polite, caring, charismatic and fluent polyglot. I've done other tours where the guide talked so much that it was uncomfortable. John is not like that, actually was punctual and detailed in precise ways, leaving us comfortable both on the bus and for the free tours. Driver Cosimo drove carefully and was punctual at all stops. The experience of Ciao Florence was great from the first good day, I wish I could have done more tours, sorry we left for our last day of travel, because the tips given by John left us with a taste of want more

The experience was great! The places visited are amazing and I, in particular, have a lot of affection for routes that run from the more conventional points. I never imagined seeing two medieval cities on the same day! Besides, the staff was wonderful. Our guide John was super special, conducted everything with impressive precision and in three languages! I was surprised with so many Brazilians on the same tour and in the care of the agency in providing a guide that spoke Portuguese so well.

Very expensive for what it offers, plus the tour you can pay for is very loose, short-lived and scarce information.
