  You will meet somewhere like Hotel Windsor by 5 AM. Then you get in their van and go with them as they look for the right spot to takeoff because of the wind. Excellent crew. Beautiful view of city and sunrise. Lots of fun elevation changes.

  What an unforgettable experience! At 70 years old, I finally checked a lifelong goal off my bucket list, and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do it with than Liberty Balloons. The flight across Melbourne was absolutely breathtaking—the views were exceptional, and seeing the city from above at sunrise was simply magical. Dan, our pilot, was outstanding. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also made sure our safety was the top priority, which made me feel completely at ease. His professionalism and passion for ballooning truly shone through. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, well-organized, and one I will cherish forever. If you’ve ever thought about taking a hot air balloon ride, don’t hesitate—Liberty Balloons is the way to go! Highly recommend!

  I booked this trip for a friend's birthday and I'm so glad I did. What a wonderful way to spend a morning, drifting up into the clouds and across the city! I was a bit dismayed at the weather the day we travelled as the clear, starry skies became overcast — but the cloudcover over Melbourne actually made the trip more interesting in the end, and watching the sun rise from above the clouds was pretty magical. The team at Liberty were energetic, helpful, friendly, and professional, and the trip was great fun. The included breakfast package was also great. We ate at the Windsor Hotel and shared our experience after the trip. I'd highly recommend Liberty to anyone wanting a unique or beautiful experience.

  An incredible experience for me, a Sydney-sider and my guest, an overseas university colleague's first visit to Melbourne. The professionalism of all personnel was evident, the actual flight was an amazing life experience and the brekky ending at the Windsor Hotel was also an amazing experience. I'd recommend this flight without hesitation.
