They have you complete a questionnaire to match up your interests. Our guide, Cherida, was wonderful. She provided a great overview of the city for us. 5.00It was the first time we had the opportunity to have a private tour customized based on our areas of interest. What a great idea to be sent a questionnaire prior to our trip, to help our guide plan it for us. Went for a three-hour tour on the day of our arrival in Melbourne after having traveled all the way from the east coast of USA. Our exceptional guide Rhonda kept us going and made the three hours feel too short. Highly recommended!
