Well what can I say about this tour other than it was an amazing way to do a whistle stop tour of all the Memphis sights.. Even our amazing driver Daryl said it was only a taster (and it was).. but what a way to see the city. Daryl was amazing and full helpful tips such as watch the Peabody ducks from the mezzanine (great tip Daryl - thanks).. And how to get the best out of Sun Studio tour.. Definitely 10/10 for his southern hospitality.. At the end of the tour we were asked where we wanted to be dropped off (Lorraine Hotel for us so we could have some more time there and visit the museum), and that’s exactly where Daryl took us even tho it was the opposite direction to everyone else! If you want a way to see the city and be entertained en route just pick this tour..

Such an insightful tour! The guide, Alexis Grace, was so well spoken and knowledgeable of the history of Sun Studios. Drew and Rob in the front are both great with people, and you'll leave here knowing so much about the legendary Sun Studios and how it transformed the music industry from its begginnings in 1951 to today. The tour lasted about 45 minutes and it flew by so fast! I loved the experience. If you are looking for a unique and historic tour that showcases the birth of rock-and-roll, this is your jam.

We loved this tour. Sam, our guide, was very friendly, fun and knowledgeable about about Memphis. I could hear in his voice how much he loves the area, and for me that made the tour even more fun. Thank you to Sam for giving me a new point of view for a place I had never been to. We learned about some of the history of downtown Memphis, and some of the musicians that recorded at Sun Studio. We saw the ducks at the Peabody Hotel, nice gig for the ducks! We also got some great tips for the local restaurants. I would recommend this to tour of things to do in Memphis. The meeting place was easy to find and convenient.

Wow, what a lovely way to spend several hours on a cold yet sunny day in Memphis. I certainly felt like I got my money's worth. I was picked up on time. Driver Daryl was considerate and knowledgeable and kept his audience engaged by asking questions. This tour had a "crowd size" of one five, so individual questions were appreciated and answered. The tour was a composite of seeing sites by bus and by being given (enough) time to walk around. I feel richer for today's experience.
