Mary and Calvin, our guide and driver respectively, did a phenomenal job at showing and discussing the true Memphis history to include some in the 21st century. Highly recommend Mary and Calvin. Great job guys!!!

Decent city tour. The tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable and experienced. The tour guide has a liberal slant in her commentary during the tour but that’s prob why this city is such a mess with homeless all over the place and tons of vacant storefronts and offices. Kind of an unsafe city. We hit the MLK Lorraine Hotel which was cool to see. The price was decent for this tour which stops at a bbq place near there and a free lunch. I’d recommend this tour for sure. Just the right time.

A little bit of a lot Memphis has to offer. Timed really well. The BBQ tasting at Central BBQ was very tasty and the Rock and Soul Museum was mesmerizing.

Mary was our tour guide and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the history of Memphis. She was very personable and willing to answer any questions we had. The stops were good and a taste of Memphis BBQ was a plus. Highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the Memphis Discovery Tour. Kate was very knowledgeable about the city and spoke clearly, which was a bonus. The driver (apologies - forgot his name) was also very helpful. Luckily for us, we were a small group and the weather was wonderful. We made various stops at points of interest and liked the snack lunch at Central BBQ. The admission cost (we only did the tour without the extras) was reasonable.

We really enjoyed this tour and Shannon was very informative, educated and respectful. The BBQ tasting was a slider with house chips and slaw. It was very good! We had teenagers with us and they enjoyed the tour too. Sadly, the temple next to the I AM A MAN plaza was hit by arson last year. Extremely sad.

Our guide was very knowledgeable on the history and situations in the development of present day Memphis. There were options for side tours that we didn't take advantage of. I would highly recommend this city tour.

A great overview of Memphis with all its ups and downs over the years. Our guide was great - interesting and informative while never sounding like she was reading off a script. And it included sampling some great BBQ as well!
