  Scammers! I booked and paid for this transfer a month in advance, got confirmation. 2 days before the trip they cancelled it, saying that there are less than 3 people. I offered to pay extra to cover the difference (240 GEL in total, 80 GEL per person) but they said that I have to pay 400 GEL instead. I was in total panic as I had to catch my flight. Luckily, I managed to find another transfer service with reliable and trustworthy organisers but it costed me a day of panic.

  Great transport option, they brought me directly in to the hotel. Mestia - Kutaisi airport took us 5,5 hours, crazy, fast driver but we did it. Definetely recommend.

  I used Budget Georgia for transfers from Batumi - Mestia and Mestia - Kutaisi. The service was so professional and whilst it was slightly more expensive than marshrutkas, it was 100% worth it for the comfort (less crowded/vehicles with AC) and convenience (transfers took considerably less time than traditional bus/train routes). Next time I come to Georgia I will definitely be using Budget Georgia again. Thank you so much!

  The car was decently spacious but very dirty from the previous trip. Trip started late and we were told that the pick up location could not be negotiated but we later stopped at our exact hotel to pick up someone else after we had walked 20 minutes with 4 suitcases in a hilly area. Annoying.
