  Very positive experience. The driver was on time picking us up from the hotel. He gave us a lot of information and also recommendations and where to visit in the area. Meteora is an impressive location worth visiting at least once. We would recommend this day-trip without reservastions.

  I have wanted to visit the Meteora Monasteries for many years and this trip did not disappoint. Our tour guide, Ioannis made our trip a great experience. During the drive up and back, he pointed out landmarks and provided us with some history of the area. The tour itself was breathtaking and very well run. We had many stops along the way and visited three Monasteries. On the return home, Ioannis gave us some great recommendations on places to visit in Ioannina and even went out of his way to take us to a local supermarket to buy a bottle of spirits as we were visiting friends that evening. Thank you for a great day. We recommend the tour highly and thank you for your hospitality Ioannis.

  Great well organised tour Metaora is stunning a Nd a must see.Our pick up transport guide Yiannis was fantastic,very informative and helpful great to travel with from Ioannina to Kalabaka.A very pleasant trip!

  Giannis was an absolute legend! Hands down, the best tour guide we’ve had. He went above and beyond what you’d expect from a tour guide, he drove us from Ioannina to Meteora, where we joined up with a local tour which had an itinerary of 3 monasteries (Grand Meteoron, Agia Barbara, and Varlaam). On the way there, he gave us a comprehensive overview of the local history, pointed out key sites along the route and persevered whilst we practiced our Greek with him. Shortly after the tour, Giannis met us back at the travel office in Kalambaka (the village closest to Meteora), from there he added a few extra pit stops on the way back to Ioannina, including the incredible wax museum in Ioannina and the ticket office where we needed to buy our bus tickets for the next day.   I travelled to Athens from England with a friend. We then took a coach trip to Ioannina and began our journey to Meteora by being picked up by Ioannis. He delighted us with facts about Meteora and the interesting anecdotes about Greece’s wonderful history. I enjoyed the trip immensely, it was truly a breath taking place and a wonderful experience. Definitely five stars from me and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much, Ioannis.
