3.00The guide was entertaining and the staff were nice but I couldn't get past the condition of the inside of the boat. Very disappointed! Then I "won the raffle" only to be corner by a crew member trying to get me to agree to some type of timeshare like visit/stay. No thanks! 🙂↔️

3.00I was picturing a beautiful, relatively relaxing ride. Instead, it was loud and incredibly tacky. They blasted overused, “crowd-pleasing” music the entire time and repeatedly reminded and repeatedly rereminded everyone that drinks were for sale below. The weather, though, was gorgeous, and it was fun to sail by celebrities’ homes. The announcements were in both English and Spanish, which is great; however, English was clearly the announcer’s second language, and he was difficult to under clearly. I’d recommend this tour for anyone who wants a party atmosphere and wants to hear about how much houses cost in Miami.

2.00An hour of the trip was as expected. However, they told us to be there at 12pm for a 12.30 pm departure for a 90 minute tour. We had to stand on the keyside for 30 mins watching the crew wander around eating, and an old guy treating us to his 'dancing'. At 12.30 they started boarding but forced each separate couple/ family to have their photo taken with a battered and incomplete ship's wheel. Finally left at 12.47. The tour guide was quite good. Got off the boat at 2pm, not the 90 minutes we were promised. Ps we were told the price was $25 pp but charged $27, not a massive difference, but indicative of the inaccurate promises given to get us to buy the tickets.

3.00Okay so at first horrible - captain was rude actually yelled at us because we were holding up the line, we weren’t made aware via email of purchase, and in person when trying to find where to go; that a printed ticket was needed in order to board boat. Captain used the refrence of you can’t get on a plane without the proper ticket or information. We had the email and receipt on phone showing him. Made a scene in front of others - to where I Cameron - John’s friend was livid and went back to said person near the meeting point on pier for everyone to board. Grabbed said ticket since one of the crew had it and didn’t give it up when we checked into the meeting point. Talk about disrespectful and rude. Probably wouldn’t recommend because of poor communication and bad management but overall kinda cool thing and being on a boat without paying a yacht price…
