First time in Miami and I’m glad I did this tour. Our tour guide Will was one of the best I’ve had and really showed us all the city has to offer. Every stop we made was awesome and Will was extremely knowledgeable about each. If you are looking to explore Miami and the surrounding areas I can’t recommend this tour enough.

My wife and I went to Miami for the first time for a cruise and wanted to experience the city. I typically like to drive around whenever we go somewhere new to explore. I was a little nervous about doing that in Miami and decided to book this tour and I’m glad I did. Our tour guide Will was great, I couldn’t recommend him enough. We were able to visit South Beach, Wynwood, Little Havana, Star Island, and get a view of the skyline. Will was super informational and taught us a ton while also telling jokes and making sure we had a good time. I would’ve never been able to take in the city like we could with the tour. Will knew all the places to visit, park, eat, and people to speak with. Although we didn’t have a ton of time in some places we never felt rushed one single time. If you want to explore around the city and learn from the locals this is the tour to do.

We did the 5 in 1 tour and Tommy was our driver. He was not a guide and there was very little information about the city or sights given. Tour started well over half an hour late (delay blamed on traffic but shouldn’t locals be aware of the traffic and plan accordingly?). No water was provided as promised and no rest room stops were made. No walking tour at South Beach. Just dropped off to take a photo of the Versace mansion while the driver drove around the block. No time to see the beach let alone walk on it. No secret skyline viewpoint. We did drive through Star Island. But Wynwood Walls was again a 5 minute stop to take a photo of a graffiti wall not the promised 30 minute walking tour. We spent more time than advertised at Little Havana where Tommy our driver pushed everyone to eat at his family’s restaurant. Never saw any cigar rolling demo but did get 1 ounce of expresso. Our last stop was in Key Biscayne where we again had a five minute photo stop not a 30 minute tour. This was the one and only time the driver took our photo NOT the unlimited photos to be taken at each stop as advertised. The view was great. It was too bad the sun was setting as the driver did not keep on schedule and the tour finished late. The worst part of this whole experience was that instead of giving us information about the city, Tommy kept the music in the van blaring at high volume and was literally rocking in his seat as he drove. We thought he might have been on something. Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend it.

Alex & Jay were courteous and professional. However, the tour needs to be reorganized for time spent. It was regular traffic still we had 10-15 minutes at each spot. Didn’t get to spend time to enjoy the tourist spot. It was basically a photo shoot. I have had similar experiences with Viator on other tours including other countries.

Our driver/guide was Will, a young guy with personality and spirit who really sounded proud to show us the sights. He was enthusiastic throughout the 3.5 hour tour, even though I'm sure he's done it many times. Instead of just repeating a script, Will sounded like he was having find shoing us around. The 3.5 hour tour introduced us to a lot of local knowledge about Miami. Will didn't just read out boring facts, instead he told us stories which showed his love for Miami The 12 passenger bus allowed for a very personalized tour of Miami. Free, cold bottled wate was a nice touch. I highly recommend Will and the price was reasonable.
