5.00LOVED OUR GUIDE DAVID! He was a gentleman offering a hand out of the van. He was super fun and funny!! I really loved his music playlist as he had a song for every commentary section. He was knowledgeable beyond the script, basically from his whole life and love for Miami. It was a great intro to the city! We HIGHLY recommend!!

1.00Worst tour guy. He did not explain anything and all he did was play music and stayed on his phone when we reached a stop. We had to ask him questions and he was short with his answers. I highly do not recommend this tour.

5.00This was our first trip to Miami and it was worth every dollar to be toted around without any stress. We were able to hit some key places and hear about the history of them. Great value. (Just fyi, parking is close but will cost $30)

1.00Not flexible at all and they are rude. I got injured during my trip and it was already too late to cancel for a refund and that was not the first thing on my mind to do. Then I received a call asking where we were and when I explained what happened she said, "Well thanks for letting us know," and hung up the phone on me. No compassion for my injury and circumstance. She was just upset because they couldn't fill the 2 spots even though they are keeping our money. Shame on you!
