  First that had a stand in the hot sun behind ropes to wait in line. Why couldn't they move it to the shade in the hot Miami sun! Once on the boat, 15 minutes after departure time, they made an announcement there was an issue with the boat and we had to disembark and get onto another boat. Pirate was narrator. He did a ok job, felt like a lot of details not shared. Club Travalia was on board stating a contest, they selected people and set up vacation club membership viewings.

  It was amazing, start to finish. Our tour guide was very informative in pointing out all of the attractions. Everyone took plenty of pictures. We had a group of 12 of 15, 3 changed their mind, but when we came back and shared our experiences they instantly regretted not going. They talked about the free raffle, several of us didn't get to participate, have everyone get the info at the point of entry to get everyone's a chance. However, some from our group still won, so we are all still happy. The crew was great we got our pictures taken at the bring, but everyone didn't get an opportunity to get a picture, I guess we were having too much fun on the front deck of the boat. You would probably get more sales if you announced if you want multiple copies let us know in the beginning or during the tour. So much was going on we just didn't want to miss anything. We were all over the boat we had people in the lower level, upper level and the real party of the front deck. Several of us took advantage of the bar on the upper level... I could write forever on the over all experience... I asked, after tour if they had any flyers with all the spots pointed out, i took pictures and tag them the best I could, but it was an after thought didn't know what to expect, so we are happy with the overall experience.
