1.00We arrived 20 minutes early and waited for the boat for 35 minutes. Once the boat got there they checked our tickets and said we’re they’re last trip, but that they’re already closed. We explained them that the tickets are non refundable and that we already paid, but they bluntly just told us they wouldn’t go on another trip. Plus the guys were drunk. That is so unprofessional and wrong!!!

1.00The starting point has been changed at the last minute, making us leave from a remote and desolate place. The stops and the route explained at the time of hiring have not been fulfilled. Definitely a big disappointment not to hire Viator again.
