You only get 15 minutes with the actual painting. The rest of the time we spent in what is in effect a router underwhelming Church, and a even more underwhelming cloister. This is absolutely not worth the money that was charged, the only advantage is that you get to skip the line. However, in our case, there was absolute and complete confusion around tickets. Very many of the people who had purchase tickets did not have WhatsApp, it not being globally a popular messaging system. Therefore the tour guide had to find the tickets on her system and get the individuals to photograph their tickets. The audio visual was the world's poorest and cheapest, mine ran out of battery and my son's headphones disintegrated within seconds. There was constant crackling and interference The only thing that saved this from being a one star is that when you do get to see the artwork it is quite spectacular. There must be a better way than this.

The check in process was completely disorganized. Tickets were sent to everyone before the tour via WhatS App however not all those on the tour had the app. We had to wait while the guide then argued with people about checking the app they didn’t have. Should have just emailed the tickets or clearly advised clients they needed What’s Ap when confirming the booking and explain that the booking confirmation documents were not sufficient. Because of this loss of about 20 minutes our tour of the church was cut very short (about 2 minutes) cause the church was closing. However the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the creative process of DiVinci in creating the Last Supper masterpiece and the history of the churches. She worked hard with the time we had to provide a very detailed account of the time period, the architecture, the artists involved.

Overbooked tour and poor organization delayed start by 20 mins, leading to little time in the church. The time in front of the Last Supper is limited to 15 mins, but the tour narrative was good and informative.
