Fascinating tunnel travel with explanations of the various wine collections. Not your standard wine tour of “how we make it”. Lovely wine tasting of three wines with nice snacks and Moldavian music. Nathalie a lovely articulate guide. Recommend this tour to others!

The underground winery tour at Milesti Michi was truly amazing! The sight of countless wine barrels lined up in an underground tunnel over 200km long is like being lost in the wine kingdom. The guides were also attentive and enjoyed explaining the history of winemaking and the unique characteristics of Moldova. At the final tasting, you can enjoy white, red and dessert wines. If you're visiting Moldova, this is a must-see spot.

Pickup was very prompt and easy. Our driver knew a lot about Chișinău and the winery, giving us information and pointing out interesting things on the drive. Once we arrived and hopped on the electric trains to drive through the tunnels, the guide was very interesting and knowledgable about both the wine and the history. When we stopped for the wine tasting only 4 from our group stayed, the rest went to the gift shop and the exit. The 4 of us that remained were taken through to an underground restaurant where the wine and nibbles were waiting for us. They are very generous with the pours so don’t do this on an empty stomach! After we finished, our driver took us back into Chișinău, but stopped on the way to show us the oldest Church in Moldova, which is definitely also worth a visit!

Our tour guide was super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and in the end took us to a location where no other tourist wants to go. That was a great trip. Thank you again.

The experience was perfectly curated to suit and traveler's needs. Natalia, my guide, was incredibly kind and informative. She was considerate of the fact that I was a solo female traveler, and answered all of my questions. The tour itself was memorable, and it was fascinating getting to spend the day underground surrounded by millions of bottles of wine. It's a tour designed to satisfy any wine lover's tastes! Natalia was simply the best, so please pay Chișinău a visit.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Moldova. Me, my Dad and my brother visited on the 09 March 2025. From the moment we booked, Natalia provided clear communication of what to expect and let us know what time we would be picked up from our hotel. On the drive to Milestii Mici, Natalia told us the history of Moldova which was facinating and we learnt alot about the culture and history of the country. Once we arrived at Milestii Mici, Natalia introduced us to the guide from the winery and made sure we had a good place to sit on the train which takes you through the wine cellars. It was a warm day and Natalia made sure we had coats with us as it was cold in the cellars - thanks so much! Natalia let us know what to expect and where to meet her once we were done on the tour. What I liked is that we did not feel like we had to rush and we were able to enjoy our time. Thanks so much for a great day and I would recommend anyone thinking of going to Moldova to book this tour.
