We offer 2 different tours of the vibrant nightlife of Mindelo:

1. "Mindelo by Night"

2. "Experience local nightlife"

1. On our tour "Mindelo by Night" we show you all the restaurants and bars where you can enjoy live music from talented musicians. Your guide will take you to famous restaurants and bars and discover lesser-known places not found in any guidebook. You will experience authentic culture up close and learn a lot about the country and its people, diverse musical styles and artists.

2. Afterwards we offer the tour "Experience local nightlife". We drive to a restaurant with live music and dancing opportunities in an untouristic district. There you will immerse yourself in the local nightlife and experience an evening with a real island atmosphere.

We would like to point out that professional documentation of the tour is not desired.

Exciting Mindelo Night Tour with Heart and Local Flair

We had originally planned a night tour in Mindelo for September 30, 2025, but unfortunately the guide did not appear. After we contacted Marion, the organizer, she responded immediately and tried everything to reach the guide – unfortunately without success. Nevertheless, she was incredibly helpful and spontaneously offered us an alternative tour in English. We then went on this tour with Kenny, a friendly young man from São Vicente. He took us through several bars and showed us some interesting spots in Mindelo. Even though there wasn't too much going on at the beginning of October, Kenny went out of his way to make us have a great evening. At the end we sat together in a bar, listening to live music and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a very nice and authentic experience that we would not want to miss despite the small initial chaos. Conclusion: Marion and her team are warm and dedicated, and Kenny was a great guide – highly recommended to get to know Mindelo even at night! 🌟

Due to the low season, there were only two of us on the tour - fortunately for us, because so the evening with Marion became like an evening among girlfriends. She brought us closer to the Mindelo music scene with warmth and joy, took us to surprising places and shared her knowledge and passion with us. Thanks for the great evening!

The guide is a friendly, fun German lady who has lived in Mindelo for years. We didn't walk but she drove me around by car and we went to a place a bit outside the city centre which I wouldn't have found. Fantastic local music and food and thanks to her driving I could load up on local grogue and pontche. It was interesting to talk to her and she gave me plenty of very useful tips for my stay.

I loved being guided by Marion with her knowledge of the culture of the city and her accent her joie de vivre what to communicate me.she made me discover places in mindelo extraordinary I listened to musicians live in restaurants bars, I learned a lot about art and artists I highly recommend you there.

Very good experience. I was the only entrant for 2 days in a row, but Marion rewarded my determination with a private tour. You do this best at the beginning of your stay, because from then on you really know how to fill in the days after. Use of a private pool, secret restaurant, music bars, the next days are suddenly easier. Highly recommended.

Marion showed us very competently the music scene in the city center. Because I wanted to stay in Mindelo for almost a week, the tour was very worthwhile. I knew about the places where I could find live music every day, even where the food was good. Marion also performs all concerts on her website, this service is top. And at the end of the tour we enjoyed a lively dance round in front of one of the bars, of course to strong music from some local talents.

Our guide Marion took us with her colleague Adila through the nightly and lively Mindelo. We have moved from restaurant to restaurant and we have always received exciting as well as valuable tips on how to throw ourselves into "pleasure" to enjoy Mindelo by Night on our own. Of course always with small musical treats of the respective restaurants. When visiting the last restaurant we were allowed to choose a drink and experience the ambiance even more extensively. Great tour, thanks.
