We offer free pick-up within the Second Ring Road of Xi'an, beyond which there will be an extra charge, so we suggest you book centrally located downtown hotels. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. Make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you’ll be refused entry by the scenic areas.
Group Size: About 12 people. There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we’ll make proper arrangements.
Departures are guaranteed with two persons from Mar to Nov and three persons from Dec to Feb.

What To Expect
Xi'an
In the morning, your professional guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby, and then accompany you on a 1-hour ride to the Terracotta Army Museum.
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
Spend at least 2.5 hours seeing more than 8,000 pottery soldiers, horses, and chariots in three burial pits, as well as myriad undisclosed collections in the special exhibition hall, knowing about their owners, the First Emperor of China 2,000 years ago. After the visit, enjoy a simple buffet lunch with Chinese dishes and soft drinks.

5.00I contacted more than 10 tour companies to find one that could provide an ambitious itinerary for Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai. Travel China Guide was the winner, their communication was constant and everything went smoothly without a hitch. From airport pick up to overnight trains to hotels and guides, everything was great! My mom does not walk well so time is precious. No time for trains or figuring out where to buy tickets. With the guide we were able to get to places quickly by car and understand what we were looking at. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to maximize their trip or have help to navigate China. I will use them again for our next trip!

5.00Lily is a very knowledgeable guide. She provided insightful details to the history of the Terracotta Army and The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Her ability to navigate the group through the crowds so everyone had the opportunity to see/experience the sites made the tour worthwhile. I skipped the city walk and Muslim Bazaar as I had explored it on my own the day before but I heard it was great from other tourists who were on the same tour. Recommend for anyone visiting Xi’an.

We were able to visit the city's must-see sights: the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, the impressive Terracotta Army, walk along the city walls and immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the Muslim Quarter. A huge thanks to our guide, Lily, who made our experience fantastic thanks to her knowledge of ancient Chinese history and local customs. She answered all our questions and provided additional information when needed. She was very approachable; her service was impeccable. The driver was punctual and careful, He gave us a safe and comfortable ride, allowing us to travel in the best possible conditions. Was great not having to think about lunch options as it was such a mind blowing experience seeing the scale and beauty of the Terracotta Army.
