We were greeted at our hotel at 07.40 as notified the previous day by our guide ‘Lola’- the drive to the warriors was around 45 minutes and the museum and site whilst busy was just outstanding, we were lucky to have Lola who kept us on track and really well informed throughout the visit, we even met one of the farmers who discovered the warriors. After lunch we also visited the great goose pagoda and awesome Buddhist temple and then to the city wall main gate. We finished around 16.00 , we have to mention our excellent driver and also Lola who was not only very knowledgeable about the sites but she spoke perfect English, best guide we have had.

We joined an English -speaking tour to the Terra-cotta Warriors Museum in Xi’an. Our tour guide, Carol, was outstanding- very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and organized. She explained the history in a very engaging and easy to understand way, which made the visit much more enjoyable and meaningful. The tour was well paced and informative. Carol was very attentive to the group and happy to answer questions. Highly recommended this tour, especially with Carol as your guide!

I only had 24 hours to see Xi’an and decided on this tour. Our guide was Tracy who was fantastic. She was helpful, friendly and informative. She also provided some great recommendations to make the most of my limited time here. I would recommend this tour to others. Thank you Tracy!

Tour to the terracota army only then lunch at a tourist buffet place with very average food. They dropped us off quite far away from our pickup point. In the end we realized we overpaid for this experience by about 2x the price offered elsewhere. The tour guide was helpful.

We had a great time with Carol as our guide. She mixed history with interesting stories of both past and present. We are two middle aged active couples who don’t really care for museums, but Carol made learning about the history very entertaining. We had a great time biking the ancient wall. The terracotta soldier area is very crowded with people pushing and shoving. Carol did a good job in pointing out best photo spots and tried to minimize the crowded areas as best as possible. The buffet lunch with cold beer was also good. Overall great value. Thanks Carol!

The Terracotta Warriors is worth seeing but it is very busy! I really liked my guide Roger's phrase to "cancel your personal space" because you really will not have a lot! Roger did a good job and he is very knowledgeable. There is very little he does not know about Chinese history and I really enjoyed learning from him. I reccomend traveling with the bare minimum things in the Terracotta Warriors attraction just because it was so busy. It's a thousand percent worth seeing though. I liked the museum too and Roger's explanations, especially about the guy who pretended to be a Terracotta Warrior (not good! Don't do that!). The Big Goose Pagoda I thought was very beautiful and peaceful. I always love Buddhist temples and the art is just stunning. I learned a lot about the Xian Wall from Roger and how it was built well before the Forbidden City. It was a relaxing stroll. The Muslim Quarter we didn't get as much explanation. I would love to know more about the Silk Road and how onto trading transpired the dill rosl end

A great full day tour with our guide, Celine. The Terra-cotta Army exceeded all expectations, with the 3 pits at various stages of excavation, and the recently opened museum that lets you get up close to some of the warriors and artefacts. Celine explained the history in excellent detail, and was able to answer all questions from the group. We also visited the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and City Walls during the day, which really gave us an insight into the history of China, again explained in detail by Celine. Dropped off at the Muslim Street, where we were able to sample some of the local cuisine.
