In this exciting and informative experience, you will hear about the history behind some of the world's most iconic cocktails in addition to learning the fundamentals of mixology. You’ll start with a welcome cocktail at the Pavilion, then, a BACARDÍ specialist will lead you through mixing some amazing cocktails. At the end, you’ll have access to purchase Casa BACARDÍ Special Reserve, our exclusive premium rum, not found anywhere else in the world!

We encourage responsible consumption. Mixology and Rum Tasting experiences are limited to one experience per person, per day. Legacy Tours can be combined with one other experience in a single day.

Great experience! I'd suggest getting there a little early because there's a really nice waiting area with food, a bar, games, and photo opportunities! Our tour guide was great and the drinks from the mixology class were delicious!

We opted to do the Mixology Class at Bacardi on a rainy day - and that sounds like a good idea, but it was challenging as the holding area is outside and was super windy and not at all pleasant. There are only two drink options included with the token you receive upon entry. The guide was narrating during the trolley ride to the main building, but we really couldn't hear anything as there was too much noise coming from the trolley. The drinks were fun to make, but even then, it was hard to hear him - something going on with his mike. Our guide was pleasant enough - just a challenge hearing him!

The tour is very informative and the bar area is a cute place to hangout and take pictures. The mixology class is a 100% recommend, specially with Esther! She made sure we all had a good time but also ensured we got all the Bacardi history. She is definitely the reason we had an amazing time there.

Really fun time, great facility. Our shuttle driver was funny and knowledgeable and turns out also the mixologist for the class. Great teacher and he really enjoys his work. The classroom was very cool everything was set up to make it easy and fun to mix up the drinks. We had a great time!

This was a good option to do when raining in San Juan, though the pre-tour waiting area was windy and chilly! The “free” drink was limited to two options. It is actually hard to rate this as so much of the tour was hard to hear. Couldn’t hear the guide whatsoever in the trolley - not his fault - just the sound system wasn’t good. Even during the class where it was better, I found it hard to hear our guide. It also would have been nice to have a bar area inside to get a drink or finish one you had made. I mean, it was fun making the drinks, just need a few things to make it better for the price.

Alexandra was an amazing guide and I cannot recommend her or this experience enough! We started with the welcome cocktail the daiquiri was amazing!! Then our group went on a brief tour of the property, Alexandra shared the history and some interesting facts about the history of BACARDÍ. Then we went into the mixology room and learned how to make the best mojito I’ve had in my life (tip was to leave the mints leaves alone and use BACARDÍ ;) ). It was a very fun interactive experience I would recommend to everyone!
