During the visit, clients will be able to analyze and taste each of the grapes directly from the vines and identify the differences in their acidity, sweetness, maturity time, harvest time, among other aspects, which will make their visit unique, since The whole process will be explained to them from the time the grapes are harvested until the wine is bottled.
Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation, filtering and bottling process.
Then in the tasting you will taste our wine Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, Rosé and our Icono Porel wine
Our product is private and is marketed through a registered trademark.
The visit lasts around 1 hour and the main reason why you should book with us is because you will have the experience of being in a boutique vineyard, attended by its own owners and tasting each of the wines we produce.

What To Expect
Vina Encierra
You will visit the winery where we will tell you the history of the vineyard and its ancestors with details that you will never forget. We will tour the vineyards, you will learn about the vines, their differences and then you will taste the wines made from them. Finally, you will visit the family chapel where the ashes of the founder rest.

5.00A truly lovely tour, about 30 minutes from Santa Cruz, but well worth the extra time to go there. It was a perfect morning: sun shining on the hills and on the clusters of grapes almost ready for harvest. We were given a welcome glass of rose, followed by the tour, where we were able to see the bottling process in full gear. The chapel, built by the owner’s father, was beautiful. We enjoyed a tasting of 4 delicious wines outside accompanied by some very tasty cheeses. I would highly recommend visiting this winery!

5.00We had a wonderful experience in the Encierra vineyard. The place is really beautiful and you breathe tradition in every corner. During the visit everything was explained in great detail and we could tour each space: the winery, the event room and the different areas of the vineyard. The most beautiful thing was that the winemaker and winemaker herself participated in the visit, who explained with great passion the meaning of each wine and the creative process behind the labels, which made the experience even more special! We went as a family, with our 8-year-old son, and at no time were there any inconveniences because of his presence. On the contrary, they had the beautiful detail of offering a juice especially for him, which speaks to the warmth and consideration of the team. We also want to highlight Marianela, our guide, who was extremely friendly, close and attentive throughout the visit. Undoubtedly, a highly recommended experience, both for wine lovers and for those looking for a cute and well-kept walk to enjoy as a family.

Honest, authentic, nice stories of the family, the chapel, WONDERFUL!! Wines, fabulous too Cabernet Franc rose, very rich! Congratulations also on Cabernet Franc Texture!! Rich surprise!! Another wine experience in Colchagua, in a vineyard that recently celebrated its 25 years! WE MUST GO!!
