5.00While it was a bit chaotic getting off the ship and linking up with the 2K company and guide, it was well worth it! Our guide, Ernesto Stanley, was amazing and took great care of us. Obviously he was super knowledgeable about the island, but he also was able to talk about how the infrastructure has changed over the decades, which was a welcome change to the normal touristy topics. The wildlife encounter at the sloth and monkey park was the highlight of the trip, but the island beach break at Brady's Cay was very welcome and relaxing (albeit a little expensive for food and drink there since they weren't included). All in all, I highly recommend booking with 2K for a Roatan adventure, and while they likely have several good tour guides - request Mr. Ernesto Stanley! He was amazing.
