From the moment we landed in Jamaica, Ricardo made our trip smooth, fun, and unforgettable. What really set Ricardo apart was the private island tour he gave us—he didn’t just take us from place to place, he made sure we experienced the real Jamaica. From bamboo rafting on the Great River, to Negril and Rick’s Café, Missile Adventure Park, The Blue Hole, and more—it was incredible! Every stop felt curated just for us. Sean was excellent! He communicated clearly before arrival and departure, arrived early for pickup, and got us to the airport on time. He's reliable, knowledgeable, and offers affordable service. I’d definitely use Lewis Taxis and Tours again for both airport transfers and local tours in Jamaica.

I had a great experience with the service and concierge. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be booking again. Sean was an amazing driver; he even stopped along the way to our hotel to get us some authentic Jamaican beef patties, which were surprisingly delicious and perfect after a 4-hour flight from the States. If you're looking for excellent service and knowledgeable people who understand the area and its history, these are the guys to choose.
