What To Expect
Arrival Services, Lounge, and Hotel Transfer: When you land at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay meeting point, where your club representative awaits. Your representative will assist you with completing your immigration forms if needed and guide you through customs and immigration with fast-track service. They will then help you retrieve your luggage and escort you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge. In the arrival lounge, reggae music sets the island mood. Take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on messages and watch news on the flat-screen cable TVs. Enjoy snacks and beverages while browsing through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel. When you're ready, your representative will escort you to your shared, air-conditioned transport to your hotel. Hotel drop-off zones include Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Tryall, Round Hill, and Grand Palladium Resort. Departure Services, Lounge, and Hotel Transfer: For your return trip, your driver will pick you up at your hotel located in one of the listed zones. After checking in for your flight at Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay information booth near the entrance for security and immigration. Check in for your lounge access here, and then breeze through security and immigration with your fast-track access. Continue to the Club Mobay departure lounge on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9. Enjoy fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, and other light fare, along with a cold beverage, coffee, or an alcoholic drink to cap off your vacation. Relax with a magazine or newspaper, use the high-speed Wi-Fi, take a hot shower, or play games on the provided Samsung Galaxy tablets. Children can play in a sound-proof playroom, or if you're traveling without children, you can unwind in the adults-only lounge.

1.00Club Mo Bay was a great experience however, I do not recommend booking round-trip transportation from the airport to whatever resort you go to due to the fact that I paid for that service and it was not provided for me. I was denied a refund for the portion of my booking that was not provided. Club Mobay employees were very welcoming, very friendly and supported me throughout my struggles at the airport of trying to figure out what was going on with my transportation. They had no record once I got to Montego Bay airport that I even booked transportation. Had I not screenshot the barcode and booking I wouldn’t have had proof of anything because when I arrived tothe airport, it was blank where holiday services was once on my booking scanned barcode. To be honest, I do not recommend booking anything through this app as they have not been fair in my situation and $269 is a lot of money to just be throwing out and giving away for free especially when you are on vacation in a foreign country. I ended up having to overpay for a taxi from the airport to my resort, both ways. Overall a horrible experience especially since there is hardly any cell phone service in Jamaica. Me calling any customer service numbers was out of the question.

5.00My husband & I purchased the bundled service (Club Mobay) when traveling from Philadelphia to Jamaica. It is well worth the cost! Our guide, Mark, met us at our gate with a sign with our names. He escorted us through priority lanes for customs and helped us grab our checked bag quickly. He recommended some sights we should see and was very friendly. He made what can be an uncomfortable trip through an unfamiliar airport very fast and manageable. The departure lounge is equally worth it. The food was surprisingly good in variety and quality. Our server, Samantha W was very accommodating and kept our drinks full while we ate from the buffet and relaxed before our flight. I was especially grateful to have the lounge because our resort got us to the airport a full 3 hours before our flight. The lounge really makes you feel like a VIP and you have a priority line through security as well. If I ever return to Jamaica (which I very much hope to) I will definitely return to Club Mobay.
