What To Expect
Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

5.00Deciding to reserve space in the lounge was one of the best decisions we made on this trip to Montego Bay. The people were kind the food was delicious. Our flight was delayed several times, but it did not bother us because we were comfortable in the lounge.

5.00Great experience upon arrival the drinks and food was great. Departure was easy and I got to meet Ziggy Marley which made me cry given that I never got the pleasure of meeting his father. I was fortunate to visit Bob’s mausoleum. Just to meet his first born 3 days later. Praise to Jah. Must do experience hands down.

5.00Nice area to unwind while waiting for your boarding time. Plenty of seats and areas to charge your phone. Its a great value. Theres a bar and buffet. Very clean and nice bathrooms. There is a spa that offers massage and nail service. I enjoyed a foot and leg massage. My waitress Sabrina was amazing. She made our wait time very enjoyable.
Fabulous experience the staff and atmosphere is amazing.

5.00It was wonderful. I've been traveling to Jamaica for many years and this was my first time in the VIP lounge. It will be a permanent part of my travel going forward. It was clean, the food and drinks were good, it was comfortable , and the service was excellent. Special shout out to our hostess Sabrina, she felt like a friend by the time we left.

5.00My family arrived at MBJ 3 hours early for our flight. It was so nice to have Club MoBay access with our Chase Sapphire Priority Pass. Nigy welcomed us to the club and made sure we wanted for nothing. The food, coffee and juices were all delicious and fresh. We were especially happy they had Jamaican Juicy Patties. We had been wanting to try those and were so glad we were able to get them at Club Mobay. They have beautiful pictures of Jamaica along the hallway and an impressive mural in the lounge. The wonderful food, service and atmosphere made our last few hours in Jamaica very pleasant. We will definitely be back.
