What To Expect
Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

3.00It seemed prejudiced to foreigners. We were told the business was not open; however, after waiting outside, it finally opened, and travellers from outside Jamaica were already seated and enjoying the amenities. When we got in, the staff was extremely pleasant and asked us frequently if we were okay.

5.00Club Mobay Arrival and Departure services at Sangster in Montego Bay make the travel experience seamless and stress free. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They move you through entry and avoid the lines. You are on your way to your vacation a lot faster using MoBay arrival services. For departure it is so nice to get through security faster and then wait for your flight in the lounge with a server bringing drinks and you going to the lovely buffet for food. For us, it is well worth the price, which is very reasonable.

1.00We used this for our departure form Montego Bay. I called in advance of booking to ensure we could use the location closest to our gate, as we were going to be traveling with tired small children without a stroller. I was assured this was not an issue. On our day of travel, we were directed by 4 different employees to a lounge. Upon arriving at the lounge we had been directed to, a staff member approached us at the entrance, and in a condescending tone said "the reservations are full at this location, you'll need to go to the other lounge". I explained that we had reservations purchased months in advance, and that I was assured this would not be a problem. He doubled down, saying there was no room for us. We asked how long until there would be room, and he would not answer. My husband pointed out that people were leaving and there should be room. His response was "you don't see what you think you see" (WTH does that even mean?) He then stopped speaking to use entirely. We watched over 20 people leave, adults and children, and still were denied entry. We were never offered an estimated wait time, an explanation, anything. I then approached a different staff member and asked for a refund, as I was not going to be able to utilize the service. I was told they would begin the paperwork. Then a manager came out and told my family they had space for us and directed us in, and showed us to our table.
