What To Expect
Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

5.00We were met off the plane and escorted to immigration and after that to collect our cases. We were then escorted to the Mobay Lounge where we were offered refreshments. All very civilised.

5.00It was fantastic, comfortable, and a great place to relax and hang out waiting for our flight. Food, drinks, and people taking care of us the whole time. We'd have spent the same amount or more finding the same stuff out in the wild of the airport, and without the comforts.

5.00Club Mobay was a lifesaver! My flight was delayed so I had a longer wait time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They watch your things if you want to go change or go to the buffet or bathroom. There are footrests, outlets for your phone, bar service, etc. And because of the NY storm, one of us had to fly separately and they just moved the reservation at the desk in the airport. The reservations are good for a year so they told me even if my family's flight was canceled, they could get in another day if needed. I highly recommend and I am 100% going to get it every time I am in Montego Bay! Totally worth the $

3.00The experience was overall okay. The arrival process went smoothly, but everything moved very quickly. We didn’t really get to enjoy the lounge since we only had about 10 minutes to grab food before heading to transportation. The departure experience was much better. We had ample time to enjoy the lounge, and the food was great. However, the large glass door leading to the play area needs to be made safer. It slammed on my one-year-old’s finger and caused a fairly deep cut. Overall, it was a nice opportunity to enjoy good food and relax, but improved safety measures would make the experience better.

5.00I've been frequenting the Club MoBay Lounge for a long time and they have worked hard to continuously upgrade the customers' experience and expand the spaces. Great food, free drinks, friendly staff this is one of the best airport lounges ive ever visited.

5.00A great experience. Good, easy to follow signage. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Good choice on the buffet, very comfortable seats, most overlooking the runway, excellent drink choices. Far nicer than I was expecting, and a lot nicer than some UK lounges at a better price.
