What To Expect
Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

5.00After Hurricane Melissa, Club Mobay was a haven from the outside world. The staff, despite facing their own problems at home, were magnificent and a tribute to the Jamaican spirit. Food was great as usual. Well done to all involved X

4.00So I got the arrival and the departure package. Arrival was smooth right after we came down from the plane our escort was there with a sign with our names on it, I thought that was so cute. She took us through customs and everything went smoothly and easy. Then we reached the club mobay lounge, where we received unlimited refreshments and rump punch. Overall great experience. They even wrote down which driver company we were waiting on which made me feel extra secure. Now for the departure service the lounge was closed, So we did not get to experience the departure lounge. So i recommend getting your flight a little later if you'd like the departure service.

1.00Due to the hurricane, flights were canceled without a return date. Tried to cancel and request a refund or credit for our departure at Montego Bay Airport and no response from viator or mobay.

5.00Club Mobay was amazing. Given the devastation from hurricane melissa I did not think it would be up and running so quickly but it was and it was a welcome relief. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent, the facility was excellent. Renovations are great. Thank you for having several vegan options at the buffet! Thank you to all the Jamaicans that made our visit so memorable in the face of such loss. We are praying for all of you.

5.00My family and I used club mobay after being stuck in Jamaica after hurricane Melissa. It was the best decision we made that while trip. The airport didn’t have electric but club mobay did. It was 90 degrees outside and probably 105 degrees inside but club mobay also had air conditioning. Also they had food, drinks and most importantly clean bathrooms with running water. Club mobay is worth it, I will never travel to Jamaica without it again.

5.00I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful woman who assisted me when I arrived in Montego Bay on October 17, 2025, at around 1:30–1:45 p.m., coming in on flight CUXF80 from Baltimore, Maryland. From the moment I was greeted, she was warm, professional, and attentive — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease after a long flight. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I believe her name may have been Iris, but please forgive me if that’s not correct. Even without being certain of her name, I’ll always remember her kindness and the excellent service she provided. I also understand that her family has been affected by the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, and I just want to extend my heartfelt thoughts and best wishes to her and her loved ones during this time.

5.00A friend encouraged us to book the service for our trip and mislead us on the transportation part. We thought transportation was included, however the staff assisted us in obtaining transportation upon our arrival. Our return was amazing as the VIP lounge was gorgeous, staff greeted us with a cheerful smile and sat us immediately. Buffet, bar and beverage service were awesome, we definitely felt that VIP guests. The best part is our flight was cancelled due to maintenance and we had to travel home the next day. Club Mobay honored our reservation for the next day as well. Next time we travel to Montego Bay or Kingston we will definitely use this service again!
