What To Expect
Monteverde's outstanding canopy tour has the longest cables in Costa Rica and is the only one truly immersed in virgin forest. The tour is made up of cables and viewing platforms, traversing over two miles of forest and combining the thrill of the zip line with a unique perspective of the tree-top canopy. After an initial introduction to the safety equipment, visitors are fitted with the highest quality harnesses by professional guides. Soon after, riders will begin their flight through the forest. For the real adrenaline junkies, the Monteverde Canopy Tour includes an optional Tarzan Swing, a high-security rope swing that launches you right into the forest for the ultimate Costa Rican adventure. Visitors are advised to wear long pants, and closed-toed shoes and to bring rain gear just in case. The tour lasts between 2.5 and 3.5 hours. It is suitable for anyone over the age of 4, but for safety reasons, a weight restriction of 280 lbs and maximum waist width of 120cm applies.

5.00Absolutely incredible experience! The ziplines were way longer and faster than we expected- it was such an adrenaline rush! Coming from someone who is afraid of rollercoasters, it was still so much fun and such a unique experience! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some fun, adventure & incredible views of Monteverde from above!

5.00We had a great time exploring the cloud forest through the zip lines. The location was relatively easy to find with lots of parking, a restaurant, an equipment center, and a souvenir shop where you could sample Costa Rican coffee. The property also had free WiFi which made it easy to GPS program our route after the experience. The zip lines themselves were extremely fun, and the guides made sure you were safe the entire time. I would do this again!

5.00Great experience with Andres and co! They were always available to take us around town and had excellent day trip recommendations. Everything was set up efficiently and everyone was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone coming to Monteverde!
