It is impossible for me to rate the actual activity. Tour operator canceled tour at about 10pm, night before the tour was scheduled, about 10 hours. A week later there is no refund.

The tour was canceled and then arranged on days which I had already booked other tours. I had to ask 3 times for a refund and after threatening to take legal action they finally reply with another email address to try to get a refund. AVOID THIS TOUR! NOT WORTH THE HASSEL AND I HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND YET.

This tour was a horrible waste of time because we were told after arriving for our tour that it would be canceled. We should have been informed well in advance to find an alternative plan for the day. What a waste of time and money.

Tour was cancelled last minute. Reason given was that the tour guide broke his ankle an hour before the tour. Haven’t heard from Viator regarding refund.
