5.00We enjoyed our island tour. They picked us up from our hotel stay at the Hilton, which was a real plus. We were glad to be in a 4WD vehicle because the terrain was very rough. Expect a lot of bouncing and jolting, but the views and the information we received were great!

5.00Similar tour as sold by cruise ship but much less expensive. Many truck and ATV tours seem to run the same route as we crossed paths and parked at the same stops. Tour guide was friendly and very informative.

5.00Half day tour in the late part. Since we were just the two, it ended up being a private tour. We visit viewpoints, mountains, pineapple farm, many explanations about history and culture. Stop to taste local fruit jams and have a refreshing smoothie. Our guide Ron was very polite, patient and kind. All excellent, I recommend!!

5.00My daughter and I did this tour this morning. It was fantastic! Ron was our driver - very helpful and knowledgeable. We visited the fantastic look outs which were positively stunning as well as a lovely fruit and jam tasting with an islander lady and a visit to a pineapple grove. Then onto the pineapple juice factory concluding in a local juice and rum tasting which was sensational - we bought a bottle of lychee rum (good price) other nice, good quality souvenirs there as well. All in all a great tour and highly recommended.

5.00The 4x4 tour took us into the wild heart of Moorea, an experience that paved roads cannot offer. Among the highlights, I remember in particular: Viewpoints and Bays: The spectacular views of Cook and Opunohu Bays are breathtaking. Magic Mountain: The ascent and 360° panorama over the lagoon and plantations are incredible. Pineapple plantations: It is fascinating to see where the famous "Queen Tahiti" pineapple grows and the vast plantations. Juice Factory/Distillery: The stop at Manutea (Rotui) for the tasting of local juices and liqueurs was an excellent discovery of flavors. The real added value of this tour is the guide, Mario. He is not only an experienced driver, but a true storyteller and an exceptional host. Being the only Italian-language safari, you immediately feel at home. His passion for the island and sense of humor make the trip light and full of interesting anecdotes about Polynesian culture, history and botany. If you are looking for a way to discover the real Moorea, away from the beaches and resorts, the 4x4 Safari with Mario is the only choice you should consider.
